Fastest I have ever been in and out of an urgent care in my life. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had. Had to wait a few minutes for nurse to take me in for vitals. No down time, got in, saw the doctor, got back out. The doctor was the most efficient doctor I have ever had!! The BEST!!! After vitals were done, doctor came right in, completed exam, sent a script to pharmacy and I was back out the door. I Wish that could happen every time!!!!

Staff was great. My problem was they took a card on file for payment and you can't get a hold of billing to see what they're actually billing you for. They give you five days to contact them after they issue the bill but no one answers on weekends. I called several times and left messages but no one called me back and was sent to voicemail each time. Edit. Finally got a hold of billing apparently there's only one person who works there, and her hours are not the hours listed online or in any contact messages I received from the company. The person from billing was extremely rude and refused to go over the bill with me when I asked for items to be clarified. She told me to google the codes and was extremely passive aggressive while I researched what I was being billed for. They charged me over $200 for taking vitals which is completly outrageous. I went in for an ear ache. I understand the need for vitals to make sure the patient is in good health. But to then charge over $200 for the 10 minutes it takes is unacceptable. I will not be returning here

I had such a great visit at this office! Front desk girls were super nice & helpful check in went super smooth & got in quick! I saw Dr.Joe Fisher, he was super attentive listen to all my concerns, medical history & family medical history to figure out what was going on. Super kind & helpful didn’t feel rushed at all! Will 100% be back in the future & recommend Dr. Joe Fisher to all my friends & family!

I came in today with a badly lacerated finger. The staff were both professional and understanding, and got me taken care of as soon as possible. Dr. Fisher has excellent bedside manners and took care of any need that I had. He was very mindful of making sure I was completely numbed before operating, even though it took longer, and also more morphine than usual. I was greatly relieved that when I asked not to be administered with a tetanus shot, or any other vaccine, they agreed right away and did not try to pressure me at all, or sell me any other medication except the standard anti-biotic. Everything was good, clean, basic medical attention, given in a confidant, cheerful, skillful manner, without the carelessness and laziness I have heard regarding many other hospitals and emergency rooms. They are my first choice for any medical emergency and I would recommend them to anyone.

Joe Fisher is absolutely amazing. Very attentive and caring. His take on medicine and self care is top notch. If you are searching for a place to go since Tri-county Medical is gone, or you had seen Dr Lang or Dr Gibbs and don't know what to do....this is the place to go.
