I HAVE BEEN AT THIS PRACTICE FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS AND ALL I CAN SAY IS JUST AMAZING THINGS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT IN WHAT THEY DO. FRONT OFFICE IS ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF MY NEEDS WHEN IT COMES TO REFERRALS AND MAKING APPOINTMENTS. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT IN THE BACK IS VERY DELIGENT AND MINDFUL AND IS ALWAYS READY TO LISTEN TO MY PROBLEMS. DR. First off let me just say Reyna is great! Love her. So glad I finally have good PA there! However, everything else is very frustrating! Calling numerous times to office with no one answering phone. Seeing one Dr only to be told they are no longer there, over and over. Trying to get fast appointment because I’m not feeling well, and being told they can’t get me in, and to try Urgent Care. Says Walk-ins welcome, that is a joke. If it weren’t for Reyna I would go somewhere else! And I would give a one star review.
