I feel cared about as a person with Dr. Perry. She does address the hard issues, which is good though that does not make the struggle easier either way, but it does relate to my health so I expect that. Just from a courtesy side, when she is running behind, which I totally get, it would be good to have staff let patients know that. If I had an appointment elsewhere or had to run and do something like pick up kids, I might need to reschedule and without knowing the wait time, I cannot make that choice. Communication keeps her from walking into an empty room because they shut the door on the way out as well.

The video visit was superb. Even when my phone disconnected I was able to rejoin the visit easily. Dr. Perry is really good and has such a knowledge base that she can figured out any diagnosis rather quickly.

Staff is not very helpful and they refuse to refill scripts when they are his primary dr. Wouldn't recommend!
