Not where I would send any of my loved ones..
Go with Preferred. Don’t waste your loved ones time here..

I had a delivery scheduled for my mother who was being transported to my house a month ago. It’s taken me a long time to write this because of how much I’ve been dealing with since her passing.The driver walked up to my door and put a note that said “sorry we missed you” and never attempted to make contact. But I heard his big truck pull up outside my house. When I called the number about this I was put on hold for so long I hung up. My Ring camera footage shows the delivery driver in a red windbreaker style jacket, hat, and glasses.

We rented a wheelchair for 2 months after my spouse broke xir ankle. The staff was super nice and really helpful. They are closed on weekends but they have an emergency on call delivery if you need anything before a Monday morning. Would recommend to anyone that asks.

Not responsive to picking up their equipment. They expect you yo sit around and wait till they decide to pickup. No respect for my time.
