I was in Hematology & I went back to the Infusion room on April 17 @8:30am. This was new to me and my body had some reactions to the treatment, but the way they staff immediately responded to me getting me quick solutions to feel better. It was a scary process because I was new. It was mostly women and one male of the shift and they all were very attentive to me which made me feel safe and in good hands. They made sure I was comfortable and helped with whatever I needed. They were always giving me kinds words and motivations since I'm currently in nursing school. My mom also noticed their hard work and it gave her a huge sense of relief knowing that the staff was extremely knowledgable with quick responsive time. They have shown me some of the best care, and anyone would be BLESSED to have them caring for you. I hope all great things in their future! 🙂

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do one. Had one appointment here in walk-in clinic. Doctor have me give myself a test which was so weird and never experienced anything like that before. Sent my test results through text with no follow up call. I will never go back there again! What a waste of time!!! Never felt so uncomfortable in my life!

I go here for alot of things. Usually pretty good. However, EVERYTIME I call about my allergy shots, I get transfered to 2 or 3 other places before getting to the allergy department. When I called to complain, I was told that was how the allergy department wants it (by the receptionist named Miranda). Takes like 10 minutes to get on the phone to allergy. Waste of time.

I had my second hip replacement and Dr. Eyberg was my Surgeon again. I can’t rave about him enough. I feel so much better and I’m only 3 weeks out. Thank you PCI for always having the best Physicians and Surgeons on staff. I’ve been going to PCI since the early 2000’s. They wouldn’t have kept me coming back if they weren’t the BEST!

Been having problems with this place in the past, but today was the worst experience. Trying to figure out my new insurance and was assisted by a combative and rude nurse that had refused to listen and had accused me of being rude while I was being civil.

These people are uncaring! They cut my wife off from service after Medicaid cancelled one appointment without telling her and the 2nd because her Medicaid driver made her 13 minutes late. She was there for both appointments! Not anything she could control. Absolutely unprofessional. Why not charge a $20 no show like everyone else? She had 3 spinal fusions and travelling is difficult for her to begin with. You can't say someone missed their appointments when she was there for both of them!

The community cancer center in the building is amazing. The staff is caring and courteous and they have so many free services for cancer patients. Definitely recommend!
