HORRIBLE! The office manager is such a mean person. Very intimidating. Most caregivers that are employed there have no concern about their clients. Im with ☆Catholic Community Services☆ now. What a huge difference. Better, nicer & caring people. 100% better!!

Compassionate and caring. Performs duties well above average, trustworthy, punctual. Can be difficult to find substitute if.one can't show up. But they really try their best. And here is a big plus. They follow the rules which protects both the client and the caregiver. I would recommend them 100%. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Have stepped up pay scales a lot since COVID. I enjoy the flexibility of my schedule and the added PTO bump. I also like that if a client isn't a good fit, or a change is needed, it is corrected in a timely manner.
