I have had nothing short of wonderful service at Whidbey Health primary care. Now that behavioral health has moved to this location as well, both of my doctors are in the same location. I am always greeted with a friendly face and I never find myself waiting too long. I have always scheduled my appointments here in advance and therefore haven’t had an issue being seen regularly. My doctors take the time to listen to my needs and make me feel cared for. A standout doctor at this location, in my opinion, is behavioral health doctor Mare Pallerine (formerly Mare Nibley).

I think most people are not used to waiting a little bit for someone to answer the phones because they are used to Island life but when you go off Island, for the most part, a 20-30 min wait for a call center is pretty average and having a call center in general is a normal thing. I love Dr. Kohli as my doctor. She is an amazing provider and takes the time to listen to your concerns. 100% recommend her if she is still accepting new patients. All the staff are very nice and polite.

Was 9m late for my appt. I waited 3mos. for and they told me they wouldn't see me. Next appt is July 7th. I asked to speak to Dr. Jacowski and the nurse scoffed at me saying he doesn't speak to patients despite the fact that he'd be seeing me regardless if I had come 3 minutes earlier. I have a prescription I now may not be able to have filled in a timely manner because of the policy written in stone by a logistically defunct office. Keep in mind, I've never had an appointment here and seen the doctor immediately after check in, I've always had to wait alone in a room for 10 to 15 minutes until they show up, which is something I'm sure everyone who goes here is familiar with.

You are not valued as a patient here, the phones don't work and with the exception of the front office the entirety of the operation seems inept.

While I do respect and appreciate the new Dr (Dr. Kohli) I'm seeing since Dr. Gomez has departed,I'm extremely frustrated on their call back/medication lack. I always call within a week before my RX runs out. I received a call back from a snappy gentleman insisting my RX was good to go to Walgreens. By the following friday,it wasn't "good to go". I called 2x friday,2x Monday and again this morning. I've been without my RX for almost a week. Even the miss on the phone at the call center was frustrated for me as she's been graciously taking my calls since last Friday. We've a family emergency and plan on being out of town come tomorrow evening. I would rather not have to leave without my medication.

I went to get seen for my back. It was 6:15 pm and the clinic closes ant 7 pm and no one waiting and the receptionist guy told me that they weren’t accepting any more patients. This is why I’d rather take my chances and drive to anacortes. Whidbey health primary care is a joke and not for the people. Every time I go there, it’s something. People do not care about what they actually are there for, the PATIENTS. If you do not care about what you actually are there to do, QUIT!!! I want to rant, but, I will stop here. Is there anyway to get the skagit health care system in oak harbor? Because they are better in my opinion PERIOD

They attempted to put my son on a " new patient" list, despite his provider was still there and filling his on going prescription because he hadn't been I'll and be been seen in a year. The " new patient list could take until October to be seen ( six months). How dare he not need to be seen and was healthy for a year. If your provider is there go every 6 months whether you need it or not.

While I am not a patient with this clinic, I’m a disabled Vet who was taking an uber to urgent care and got dropped at this location after hours. I ran into Mrs. Connie Lippo as she was leaving work late and we both realized I was at the wrong location and my ride just left.

Without hesitation she put me in her car and drove me to urgent care herself. If her care and dedication to strangers in her community is this high I can only imagine how wonderful her services are to Whidbey Health Primary Care. Thank you Mrs. Connie.

I’ve been going to WhidbeyHealth Cabot Drive for six years and have consistently had great experiences here. The office and nursing staff are warm and professional. I am a patient of Dr. David McKinney and he is absolutely excellent. I am very satisfied with my health care. Thank you, WhidbeyHealth!

Update: Dr. McKinney has left the practice. I will be going elsewhere for care.
