After going for adjustments for a few months I've realized what a big difference it has made in helping relieve my headaches,body aches and being able to look over my sholder while driving. I believe this is due to the improved range of motion when turning my head side to side and all directions. Getting adjusted has allowed my body to let go of tight unbalanced muscles so I can regain my body's naturalharmony. I've noticed such a difference from my neck feeling stiff and sore all the time, to feeling like a bobble head or an owl moving vemuch further,easily and freely without stiffness and pain! My husband and I have both had issues with our neck and back, and Dr. Garrett has been nothing if not understanding, amazing, and beyond helpful! My husband was a skeptic for years and kept going to Altru and after a car crash about 4 years ago he's been having lingering issues that they "just couldn't see, as he was a healthy guy."..... Needless to say after 15 minutes and a few x-rays (that altru didn't bother to suggest or take- even though we said we thought it was his spine), my husband had his answer to the numbness in his hands, arms, and the pain from blackouts from the pinched parts in his neck, as well as rib pain.
His neck was literally crooked and off to the right! Dr Garrett immediately felt his neck, took x-rays and got my husband on a treatment plan! After just one adjustment, my husband said it greatly improved.

I ended up with a pinched nerve in my back and I was telling a co-worker about it and she suggested I go to renewed hope chiropractic, so I called and made my appointment. We started off with an exam and come to find out I was all twisted up and I had no idea, Dr. Sheila and I sat down and went over a treatment plan for me. I haven't felt better in years, I love that they also include in their care the phyiscal therapy/exercise I can do at home to strenght my muscles and core, they also include nutrition into the treatment plan, so I would suggest if you want to live a happier, feeling good kind of life you need to go to Renewed Hope.
