The care my mom is receiving from Dr. Rami Alzarek is TOP NOTCH!

Dr. Rami has been a real godsend for us. My 87-yr-old mom had her former endocrinologist literally just up and quit, leaving all her patients without care. We looked everywhere and no one was taking in new patients. We finally found Dr. Rami's office and went in for a consult. He was so kind to my mom it almost brought me to tears, after all the frustration we had been going through.

Dr. Rami is the most thorough doctor I have experienced, and was able to adjust my mom's diabetes meds to stabilize her blood sugar fluctuations. He spends all the time she needs on her appointments and we never feel rushed out. He patiently listens to all her concerns and gives her concise advice and a plan for success.

The office is state-of-the-art and very clean. Very professional.

I spent two years being misdiagnosed before seeing Dr. Rami Alrezk. He diagnosed me correctly on the first visit. He was thorough, thoughtful, and explained things clearly without rushing. This was the first time I felt confident in a diagnosis and treatment plan. 5 stars to both him and his wonderful staff. The front office is polite, professional, and dedicated. I wish I had found them all sooner.

Dr. Rami Alrezk is an exceptional physician who is genuinely passionate about providing the best possible care. Prior to seeing him, I was under the care of another endocrinologist who repeatedly told me that the goiter I had was merely cosmetic. That turned out to be completely incorrect. The mass was far more severe than what was visible externally and had grown extensively into my chest and chin.

From the very beginning, Dr. Rami Alrezk recognized the seriousness of my condition. During my ultrasound, he immediately noted that the mass was so large it could not even fully fit on the screen, and he was transparent about that. He recommended a biopsy and, while examining the left side where the main issue was known to be, he also identified concerning features on the right side. He explained the significance of irregular edges on nodules and made it clear that those areas also needed to be evaluated. I had no idea the right side was an issue until he pointed it out.

Shortly after, I ended up in the ER when the mass on the left side grew to the point that I could no longer eat or drink. This was not due to any delay or misstep on Dr. Rami Alrezk’s part. After undergoing a thyroidectomy, I returned to his office, where he carefully reviewed all of my reports and findings with me.

Throughout my ER experience, my husband and I repeatedly advocated for further evaluation of the right side because of what Dr. Rami Alrezk had already explained to us during my ultrasound. Initially, that concern was dismissed, with providers focusing only on the left side. We continued to push for a more thorough evaluation until they finally listened. That persistence mattered. It ultimately revealed that I had cancer.

While the outcome after surgery was more complex than initially expected, I am now fully under Dr. Rami Alrezk’s care, and I have complete confidence in him. He is an incredible source of knowledge, clarity, and reassurance. He takes the time to explain what is happening, why certain information matters, and why incomplete or incorrect reports can impact care. He even broke down complex pathology issues using an analogy that made everything immediately understandable, emphasizing how critical complete staging information is for making informed medical decisions.

What truly sets Dr. Rami Alrezk apart is that he genuinely cares not only about his patients, but also about their families and overall well-being. That level of compassion and dedication is rare.
