Honestly it’s taken me two years to write this review. When I tell you in all my years I have never been treated and talked to so poorly by administrators/office personnel. The front desk is fine it’s the billing and management. I went through a severely long labor with pre and post eclampsia. I showed up to my daughter’s first appointment and was so rudely greeted by the office manager saying “ why are you late, is there a reason?” As if I didn’t just struggle to make it to an appointment by myself 1 day post partum because my daughter was jaundice. I was 5 minutes late.. I understand it’s a pediatrician but the office is dealing with post partum mothers as well. The inconsideration for someone’s most vulnerable time in life is beyond me. Like I said it’s been two years and I refuse to take my daughter back even though I so would have loved to remain stable with the same provider. I know they were just words or a “simple question” tone and ignorance weigh very heavily on someone in a sensitive position. There are not very many grudges I hold and I feel it’s impossible to forgive that woman. She is engraved in my mind.

This is not the only issue I came across but it is the main one.

If you may be a first time mother or not well prepared/blindsided by medical issues and are looking for a safe/educated visit with a pediatrician. I do not recommend this office solely based off management. It may not seem like a huge deal until you’re in it.

I’m surprised to see the bad reviews, I love this office and every doctor in it. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma at 1.5 years old. We have had more visits than I can count and every one was handled with the utmost care! Dr. Bispo recognized her asthma at a very young age and reffered us to chop. Dr. Rosenberg always makes my daughter giggle. Dr. Fischer has caught things before they get to a point of hospitalization. The front office staff has always been sweet on the phone and in person. I always recommend this office to anyone I can. I’ve also had various insurances and never had a problem with the billing department being understanding or thorough in explaining a balance. It’s been over 10years and I’ll be sad the day we grow out of this office.

As a first time mother, my experience at Pediatric Associates with Dr BISPO was extremely upsetting and traumatic. This occurred a little over a year ago,
at my son’s two month appointment, I told the staff and the Dr. Bispo that I wanted to delay some vaccinations. As a new mom, I was unsure about having him receive all the vaccines at once and wanted time to do my own research. I was very clear that I wasn’t refusing vaccines entirely, I just didn’t want them done that day. Dr told me that if I wanted to delay, I had to give exact dates on the spot. When I explained that I didn’t know the dates yet because I needed time to research, I was told that if my son was not being vaccinated that day, I would need to find another pediatrician. I was told repeatedly that my son could no longer be seen there if I chose not to vaccinate him that day.

The way this was communicated made me feel like my child was just a number to their office. It felt as though they were more concerned about meeting vaccination quotas and what they would tell their higher-ups than about me as a mother or my child’s well being. I was then made to sign paperwork, which only added to the pressure and guilt.

The mom guilt hit me immediately. I cried the entire drive home, held my baby, and cried even more. I felt completely lost and overwhelmed. I didn’t have another pediatrician lined up, and as a first time mom dealing with postpartum emotions, the guilt and pressure were unbearable. I ended up calling back and agreeing to vaccinate my son, not because I felt confident, but because I felt cornered and scared.

That same day, my son was given approximately five six vaccines. I was devastated and heartbroken afterward, and I regretted the decision deeply. The way I was treated, spoken to, and made to feel is something I will never forget. No parent, especially a first time mother, should feel bullied, shamed, or threatened for wanting to make informed decisions for their child.

I will never step foot in this office again. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

This place is such a joke. My daughter was born the 18th and they wouldn’t let her come for an appointment until she has her own insurance that takes a couple weeks for the number to come. They gave us a run around for a week and an the billing department is so stuck up told us we needed to pay 350 for a visit for our daughter because they won’t use my wife’s active insurance even though it’s horizon and a good insurance. They don’t care about the kids only money. Money hungry clowns. Don’t waist your time like we did.

We've been going here since our child was born in 2023. We love the office staff and nurses, and our doctor, Dr. Bispo. We dislike a few of the other doctors personally, but everyone else is fantastic. My main problem is how long you wait. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment like you're supposed to and still waited another 15 minutes after that to go back to a room, then we waited another almost 30 minutes before seeing a doctor. Waiting an hour for a 5 minute appointment with a toddler is incredibly hard. I wish they could address that somehow.

First of all, I can’t believe this doctor is still around. Unfortunately, I took my children to Dr Rosenberg when they were little. Amazingly, they had ear infections every time I brought them. Now my daughter takes her girls there and today the good ole doc earned himself a discrimination reputation. My daughter refused to have her daughter vaccinated today, for the ridiculous amount of shots that they wanted to administer, including the flu shot. Old man Rosenberg overheard the conversation and approached my daughter and told her that if she wasn’t going to get her daughter vaccinated, that she needed to find a new pediatrician. If that isn’t discrimination, I don’t know what is.

I first met Dr. Sandra Bispo at the hospital when my son Mark was born and immediately felt comfortable with her. We had a great experience for several months, but eventually, I decided to switch to Dr. Rosenberg as our primary provider—and here's why:
Dr. Rosenberg is incredibly knowledgeable, and while he may not always have the warmest, I trust his medical judgment completely. As a parent, I need to be confident that my son is 100% healthy. Dr. Rosenberg is an outstanding diagnostician, he was highly recommended by close friends that told me how he successfully diagnosed their twins with a heart condition after other 'nice' doctors couldn’t figure it out for months.
Dr. Rosenberg’s expertise and unique personality make him truly one of a kind. Thank you, Dr. Rosenberg, for the exceptional care you provide.

I'm only giving a 2 star review because Dr Fisher is amazing. Dr Rosenburg is a different story. He never wants to listen to your concerns or hear anything and talks over you the entire time. He makes my oldest child uncomfortable. His attitude is not one that should work with kids daily. I put in a transfer request at a new pediatrician and AFTER they received that, I received an email that they were no longer able to be my child's pediatrician. I ONLY went to this practice so long because of Fisher. If you want your concerns actually heard, I suggest you go to another pediatrician's office.
