This place is a joke. I moved across the country and now that I am getting proper care, have found out I have stage 4 cirrhosis. Literally these idiots had a chance to save my life and they threw it in the garbage. They should lose their license.

this place is just awful my brother who has MS Multiple Sclerosis fell today when he got there keep in mind it’s over 100 degrees outside and she told him that it was his fault he fell because no other patient has fallen in that office. not once did he try and place any blame. i’m just so dissatisfied and shocked at the way he was treated by doctor “oslom”. if you don’t know how to treat patients with disabilities and sickness please do everyone and favor and find a new one.

Been with them more than 8 years but never really thought much of them. They misdiagnosed my hip that needed replacement, after 3 painful years finally sent me to an orthopedic surgeon who replaced my hip. Now they dropped me because I don’t go often enough ? they want my insurance money at least twice a year. Never the same doctor twice

These guys bent over backwards to help me work through a bad situation in regards to scheduling. I am a veteran and my appointment was made by the VA, but the VA made a mistake that wound up causing issues for everyone. Western Mountain Medical took the extra time to make phone calls and explain the situation to me. They were understanding and helpful. I greatly appreciate their professionalism.

Not sure what is going on? Two weeks ago I came in was supposed to have a chest X-ray done still no paperwork nobody wants to call me back? I just don't get it ?This is why I left my other primary physician. Wow sad the stuff patients go through. Not a happy camper!!

Worst doctors office ever! The office girl Cindy, is rude and called me a liar over the phone. When I had proof of what I was saying was true she blamed me for the problem with my insurance! So glad I switched my insurance company and now have a much better one and don't have to deal with rude office workers!

Not a great place anymore. Never hardly have same doctor, never talk to a human anymore and when you leave a msg your lucky if they call you back. Would have only gave a quarter star but don't have that.. I'm seriously thinking about getting a new Dr

Do not waste your time with this third world country turd factory! I went in there two weeks ago and made an appointment and they called me the day before and told me to come in fifteen minutes early-which I did. After waiting for one hour and seeing everyone who came in behind me get called in ahead of me I went up to the counter to find out why I hadn't been seen. They looked at me like I was bothering them and she said she didn't have an opening yet-What the hell I did not come in to wait for an opening I came in with an appointment. How this place stays open is beyond me-crappy service and crappy attitudes. Save your time and go somewhere else. This has been a public service message.
