I had an urgent medical issue on a Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this urgent Care had weekend hours, including Sundays. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a very nice staff member. I filled out paperwork and was called back shortly thereafter. The medical assistant and the nurse practitioner were very polite, courteous, and professional. I got in and out within an hour and a half. As soon as I left, I got a text from my pharmacy that my medication was already available. They were so efficient. There they do have a patient portal to check prescriptions, statuses, and visit notes. Very convenient overall. They accept many health insurance types and you can even schedule an appointment online.l as early as 7 am. Will definitely go there again if needed. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and care that everyone in this office displayed. Because of the issue I identified at check-in, a triage nurse came out to check some vitals to make sure I didn’t need immediate attention. After filling out paperwork, I waited my turn (it wasn’t very busy). Once I was called back, I described everything that was going on (they listened)… then examined me and let me know the form of treatment. They faxed in a couple of prescriptions and my pharmacy filled them quickly. I am feeling 100% better already. So thankful!

The NP Anthony Salari, the M. A. , the lady who called me to follow up and give me my tests results this week also asked how I was feeling and front office clerk were all very kind, sweet, nice, caring, compassionate and very professional. The NP was very thorough in running the appropriate tests for my symptoms and he was very attentive and listened to me and explained everything he also paid close attention to the multiple health afflictions I have and any medication interactions and my allergies I have to find the right antibiotic I could take. I am feeling much better than I did last week. I am very pleased and impressed with the level of care, attentiveness and compassion I received and how I was treated. I would highly recommend Northwest Urgent Care to anyone who is in need of Urgent Care services.

The entire staff at Northwest Urgent Care went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to make my flight to take my daughter overseas to school. Thank you for getting a prescription written and filled quickly, so I could get on my way. Thank you especially to Anthony Salari for his compassion and understanding. My pain was mitigated by the time my flight took off. I highly recommend Northwest Urgent Care.

I had a wonderful experience everybody was so nice except I had to wait in a room for 3 hrs to get my results of chest x rays. But overall outstanding service my nurse practitioner was really nice

The first thing I noticed was how clean the establishment was. By entering you think they just opened last week. The staff is friendly helpful cheerful. The I think she's the nurse practitioner or doctor I wasn't sure she was very efficient and took care of my needs I would recommend your business to anyone and everyone that I know

A reception area was clean, and the receptionist was very . I was escorted into the PA office and met with the PA She was very good at listening. I was able to give her the results of my UI test. She gave me an antibiotic, and I showed her my primary care, physicians website, and relayed what she had done To help resolve my bladder infection excellent care here

receive proper care and issue was not resolved. Had to see another doctor who gave me the right medicine. But the staff was friendly and did not have to wait long to be seen.
