It was a Sunday morning early afternoon when we went. We were seen within a reasonable time, X-rays were taken.
Pretty significant break had to set it and splint his hand and follow up with an orthopedic that same week, ended up having emergency surgery because of how bad, the angle of the break was. But the ER folks did a great job with their temporary fix. Glad they gave us the referral we needed to be able to see the Ortho first....

Staff was always pleasant on the floor. The blood draws should not have been done by a trainee, as my wife is Eighty years old and I stepped in and requested a different approach. So the head nurse used Ultrasound to start the IV. The food was great and the dietician was above board. The custodial crew was excellent. Anyone that came by to either do testing in the room or take my wife for testing were great! My wife and I have seen a 180 percent turn around at this hospital in just 16 months. Thank you Western Arizona medical center for your much needed improvements.

The staff I had the night I was in the ER was one of the best that I’ve ever had in an ER visit. Not just with me but with other patients. The ER doctor was very thorough and answered questions & I didn’t feel there leaving like I had any unanswered questions or things that should have been addressed. The nurses were nice. X-ray was done very quickly from my arrival. Everything flowed smoothly & I was very impressed.

When I got there on October 22nd I had to have immediate admission to the hospital get a blood transfusion was put in ICU and I was taking care of very well. They did two tests and found out that I had a mass on my colon. Dr Jenkins the surgeon was absolutely phenomenal the staff is her nurses and everybody has been absolutely amazing. Came back the next day because I had an infection in my arm because my vein blew out of the IV. Again got antibiotics and again I was treated really well I will be back November 7th for another test will not be staying it will be outpatient

I was pleased with my experience. Staff was great, very thorough. I was not pleased with the fact the patients are seated out in the lobby after triage. Some were vomiting, some had IV's running meds and myself and others already had IV lines in waiting for the doctor. The nurses were seeing the patients in the lobby. Giving and getting information in front of all the other people in the lobby. Giving test results and discharge instructions also. Not very private. My visit took 5 hours, which for the tests I had done, was not bad.

I was admitted very fast which surprised me, a person generally has to wait 15-20 minutes. The took me to a room, took some info , here is the bad part…. an intern said he was going ti put an IV in, he started on left arm in crook of arm, blood started squirting out, he pulled needle out, blood dripping down on floor, off my arm , down on my short, he was wiping it up, he tapped that up, now another attempt on right arm, could not find vein, taped that up, luckily for me, another nurse came in and offered to do the iv, she got in installed, and then another needle put in to draw a little blood. So two extra holes and I’m ready for a cat scan and a picture to see if i had a broken or cracked rib. The back of my hands have great veins, and i have blood drawn at Sonora quest, i very seldom feel the needle. I just hope next time my experience will be a little more pleasant, and everyone there was very pleasant, professional, just less holes punched, thank you

My nurse John in the ER was great. He was very attentive and checked on me continuously. I went for my MRI and Ultrasound Both techs were super nice and explained the procedure prior to the test.
The PA listened and understood my problem and took the time to explain the tests he ordered and why. Curtis was very quick with getting the equipment I needed to leave and explained how to use everything.

Had a cut on my left hand, went in and was seen within a few minutes. The nurse practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great bed side manner. The nurse who helped him was also very knowledgeable. I thank all the people at the hospital from the front desk to all others involved in taking care of me. I truly appreciate all of you. THANK YOU...
