After searching and visiting with family physicians I have found the physician that you don’t feel rushed. Dr Virk listens to you. She takes the time no matter how much time you need to solve or discuss and the possible solutions. The office staff is very respectful and kind.

First, I was trying to get an appointment with the primary I seen in March 2024. No notice that she left the office. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. But I was so excited that Alexis was able to transfer me to Dr. Kanwaldeep Virk! And there was a cancellation for the next day. Check in receptionist was very nice and helped me quickly. The nurse got me in a room promptly and checked my vitals. Asked about my current meds. Asked what I was being seen for. Wrote it all down. Very nice. Dr. Virk came in and introduced herself. I explained why I was there. She went over my meds again and my last labs. She put her laptop down and listened to me. Haven’t had a physician sit and actually listen without staring at the computer to tell them what to do or ask in a while. She didn’t rush me, she listened! She gave me two referrals for a lab test and an ultrasound. Gave me suggestions of what to avoid and to add in. The office is clean and eye appealing. All the staff there were very nice and helpful. So glad they switched me to Dr. Virk. She is breath of fresh air. Made my next appointment as well. I highly recommend Dr. Virk

I finally established a doctor here after living here for 9 years. I am so happy to have found Dr. Virk. She listens to everything you tell her. She called me with xray results within an hour after getting them.
She responds quickly on questions addressed to her on the patient portal.

Dr. Virk was very personable and professional. She was able to use her computer in a way that allowed her to speak directly with me and still enter the information.

Efficiency! Got a referral immediately before I left the office. Changed my medication and a Tetanus shot too, all at the same time.
