Not only was my appointment at 10:20am but everyone that got here before us was already seen and someone else just got here and they took him in mind you it’s now 11:40 and still nothing why overbook! Do better with scheduling!

First I have to say Vickie, Kimberly and Destini are wonderful ! Second…. The front desk people every time I come in are very very rude ! I almost pulled my child to go to MMH but they love their therapist and the other two I mentioned so I won’t do that to them. We have been in several times and the front desk experience is always extremely unwelcoming. I also have anxiety and the way they treat us is so triggering and I start to dread appointments. For a mental health place the front desk people sure don’t make it feel inclusive and welcoming. I’ve put off reviewing for a while because who knows if it even does any good but recently my friend who also brings their child there was very upset about their treatment too and I just couldn’t hold it in any longer.

I was first greeted and shown actual care by Vickie. She works at the front desk, and genuinely showed care and compassion when it came to getting my first appointment booked. She helped place me at a time that worked best for me and didn't stop until she was able to. Every time I've gone in, she's been so kind and friendly, always saying hello. Having someone like Vickie at the front desk who actually cares about the people going there is irreplaceable. I was placed with Shellby, who is an amazing and talented therapist. She radiates a safe space and immediately made me feel comfortable. Shellby has never seemed judgemental or demeaning with anything I've brought up, and is so knowledgeable in the things she says. I don't think I would ever be able to replace her. Thank you both.

I was afraid to ask for help. I’ve learned a lot since I’ve been a client at SBH. Vicki Miller is my RSS and she’s been a major help in my recovery. I wish Coping with Anxiety would come back. That class was really helpful. I think other clients might benefit from it also. Everyone is great. Seriously. The staff make me feel like a person and not like a freak. My safe spot.

I've been with Southwest Behavioral for a long time and although they have a lot of problems right now they're doing pretty good Shelby one of the counselors is the greatest counselor I think I've had I've been with her for quite a while and she's helped me a lot

My team is preparing to treat me and I’m ready to do the hard work to get past this almost tragedy. I’m thankful for everyone that is at Southwest Behavioral. I feel very safe with my Team!

worst place ever they knew i’m leaving state and they put my daughter on medication told me they will give me 3 moths of supplies so i got time to get her in somewhere else they knew i had to wait for the insurance to pick up new medications and i waited 2 extra days before leaving state to pick it up how i got to the pharmacy they told me the doctor canceled the medications and they couldn’t understand why it was important medications i tried to get a hold of her therapist called wendy and she ignored my calles and voicemails i left now i’m in a new state my daughter coming of the medicine and losing her self ! i will for sure take steps on this part !
