I got a very welcoming and easy going feeling from the doctors and all the staff at the AIMS building .Dr Tariq is very thorough and very caring .My husbands ailment was turned around within a matter of weeks due to the Drs ability to take action and guide us down the right path. Thank you to EVERYONE down at the AIMS center what an amazing staff thank you so much for restoring my faith in the medical field . To anyone that’s had the unfortunate experience of being treated at our hospital here in Kingman you know what it’s like dealing with a staff that’s chosen a career for all the wrong reasons . From the time you sighn in at the front desk til they put you in a room they make you feel like your a burden . They have no empathy for people and that’s really sad ,they could learn a thing or two from the staff at the Aims center .
I realize the hospital gets very busy and at times may feel a little overwhelming so try to remember the people going into your facility are sick and need some compassion and a little TLC from their fellow man .

Called and they said yes come in my allergies were killing me, when I got in the room she came in and said what can I do for you I told her my problem and she said this is a urgent care we don't have anything we can can do for you, so I got up and left when leaving the door closed a little hard she came out and said I don't have to be so mean so I did the neighborly thing and gave her the bird , she said don't you ever come back here again!! That's no problem I never will go back there again!!!!!!!!

I no longer go to this place for mediocre care. I'm tired of being ignored and I cant understand half of what the doctor is saying. It seems every time I had an appt. elsewhere, I was going here and there because they never sent the referral or he wrote it wrong. This place is a joke. I'm being billed for urgent care and a doctor that I have never been to or seen.

BEEN going there since 2019 they had a really good Dr then he all of a sudden up and moved no notice to any patients so they give me who they wanted as a new Dr I made an appointment to see the new Dr and before my appointment Same thing she up and left. Obviously this clinic has major issues keeping Drs.

As a retired nurse, I had a positive experience with the PA, Lisa. She is a dedicated professional and listens to your needs. Although they were busy, she never made me feel like she was in a hurry. That's how all medical professionals should be. I'd recommend AIMS for any medical issues they can provide.

My fiancé had a pulsation on his neck and high blood pressure for several days which could lead to a stroke, we came in at 4.22 and they told us they not going to take any new patience even though their sign says 6 pm. Shame on you guys. It’s people’s life they entrust you with. Don’t care. Front desk was pretty rude from the start. Don’t recommend.

I took a friend for her appointment. We were here a half hour before the scheduled appointment, as instructed. We then waited a half hour PAST her scheduled appointment time (a wait totaling over an hour) when there was literally only one other person in the waiting room. Her procedure is normally a 20-60 minute procedure... more than 2 hours later, I am still waiting on my phone call to pick her up (in the parking lot at this point because I went back to the facility to check on things out of concern because I hadn't been called yet). Would have been the same to drive to Vegas or Phoenix at this point, but probably gotten better care and service in either of those locations. Insane that this is the care they take with their patients in such a small facility... my friend has not eaten for 2 days and we drove an hour to come here...

Don't schedule what you can't handle... ?‍♀️

I have received care with AIMS since 2021 with a PA I liked. She is now gone, with no notice to her patients. I feel not providing timely, written notice to patients when a providers leaves goes against the " hypocratic oath" that includes
"do no harm". I am now left between a rock and a hard place to get needed refills that this PA was prescribing. They also dropped the ball on 6-month follow ups for blood draws for a blood disorder. I've called numerous times with no call back, probably because the PA is gone. I am absolutely frustrated with the lack of humanity in our local medical system and providers. At AIMS, the facility is unclean and run down, which is a huge reflection on quality of care in my opinion.
