Riley Hooks is a phenomenal doctor. He was truly meant to fill this role. Riley has helped our family more than any other doctor or specialist. His knowledge, kindness, guidance and compassion has been life changing for our overall heath. He really listens AND remembers because he cares! We have had an amazing experience with everyone we have worked with at Vital AZ. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have been members of Vital AZ for a year and a half or so and it's been worth every penny! We have a large family and being able to have Riley come here and treat the kids or my husband and I from the comfort of our own home has been a game changer. The times we needed to go to urgent care, he called around to find one for us that could meet the needs of the emergency we had so we didn't have to drive around trying to find one. Newborn visits without taking a brand new baby to a germy pediatricians office was AMAZING. We can't speak highly of enough of Dr Riley and his team. They truly give the best care and the best experience for our whole family.

Our 8 month old came home last Friday with pinkeye and an ear infection. I thought with the time of day we were going to be stuck finding an urgent care, but we reached out to Riley and he was able to get us in for a consult same day! It’s a great feeling to know Vital cares for their patients and also provides the same day urgent care that you may not get at a tradition pediatrician. We had peace of mind going into the weekend and he even reached out to check on him today.

Riley is awesome! He is very kind and truly listens to you and acknowledges your thoughts and issues. I love that this company has a very neutral bias and is willing to work with you based on what you believe/want to do with your body/your babes. I have had many house calls, phone calls, office visits with Vital AZ and have been extremely happy with each visit. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Riley is so responsive and actually listens to his patients. We have been on the membership for almost two years and it has been a saving grace for our family of four without insurance. Love that they are also vaccine neutral for the littles!!!
