The company is disorganized and communication is poor. When employees aren't failing to relay messages or return calls as promised, they often duplicate each other's efforts so you get multiple calls for the same issue. Information that should be shared with state agencies or other healthcare providers are withheld, negatively impacting patients' care.

If you are referred to this company run. Do not use them. We have been waiting for almost a week to get a refill on a sensor for my mother to check her blood sugar. I am her care taker and have call the office 3 different times to get this refilled and yet here we are still nothing. My mother was also supposed to have blood work drawn 2weeks ago to check her kidney function this also has not happened yet nor has the referral been done to see a kidney specialist. This is the work place possible. Being a medical assistant myself for 17years I know how office work and I will never refer anyone to this place Run they don't care about you or the care they provide. I would also like to know that my mother has only been a patient here for almost a month. The provider she had couldn't even remember what time she scheduled my mother for her first visit and ended up showing 2 hours later and then was in a rush. Horrible company horrible staff. Save yourself the trouble and see another provider.

Do not know who our new Physician is. We have not heard from them since March. No calls or visits. Unable to speak with anyone who has authority. I have called 3 days in a row and left messages. No call back. Rude person finally answered the phone today abd still don't know anything.

PopHealthCare now in Denver area. They said they where visiting on part of my PCP & Denver Health plan. They didn't even know my doctor's name or what medicines I take. Don't let them in close the door. Don't give them any info & call you Doctor's office.

I feel like I was scammed by this company. I was sent a mailer for an in home consultation and was promised a gift card for scheduling an in home health assessment. The "nurse" that did the evaluation seemed clumsy and inexperienced and clumsily took my blood pressure and asked several health questions. She was unaware of important facts about my condition. I was expecting the gift card on her visit. I was told it would be mailed. I still havn't recieved it 6 weeks later.

I originally gave a poor review back in July of 2018 when there were a lot of changes going on and the provider they assigned to my mom was horrible! Fast forward to July 2019 and we couldn’t be more happy with my moms provider. She is awesome!

If I could give a negative five stars I would.
My husband has been assigned to POP Healthcare for one month and that’s four weeks TOO long. My husband returned home from and extended physical and occupational therapy hospital where he received excellent care. He was to get hydration therapy and wound therapy resumed through his NEW PCP....POP HEALTHCARE.( we did not choose POP, the Mercy care case manager did- our very kind and smart previous pcp stopped taking mercy care and mercy care advantage.

Here we are 4 weeks later, do you think he’s being taken care of? No. They tell me the home hydration company he has been with is not contracted with Mercy Care, Hum.....according to the hydration company they are, and took care of my husband for a year prior! A talk with them and they said it looks like POPHealthcare has “dropped the ball” with pocurring thier services and using a false reason.
When I call in I’m answered with very condescending and rude individuals. I get a different account of events from each unpleasant individual. After calling every day for two weeks seeking assistance in a wound that has previously caused osteomyelitis twice, I was told by, “Benny”, that I needed to understand that he is not the only patient. Say what?
It’s now been three weeks of an oozing wound that has a deadly history and still waiting...
a hydration smart port needle that has not been changed in almost 3weeks.
Do not use POP healthcare if you care about your health or anyone you loves Health.
