Poor customer service. I purchased a set of 4 Prestan Ultralite Manikins. The pistons on the manikins have cracked in less than 1 1/2 years. Tish with CPR Savers and First Aid Supply customer service said it looks like normal wear and tear so there will be no replacement. I disagree this product cannot withstand use beyond 1 1/2. Do not purchase.

Ordered 8 AED Trainer Pads for Preston AED Trainer. 3 sets out the first 4 I tried did not work on the first application. All of them have intermittent at best. I contacted 'customer service' and was asked if I did any trouble shooting to correct the problem....

Mrs. Maria Alston has worked with me during my last two purchases of AED for my church. Even during a four year gap in between purchase she responded back to me via email quicker than most other businesses I have ever dealt with. She walked me through the quote and answered all my questions with details and quick response. Her customer service ranks in the top percentile. She is the reason why I purchased my second AED from this company. I know she would take care of me and make sure things were right. If I ever owned my own business I only hope to have a professional and dedicated employee like her.

Good deal & offer via website, great customer service, Leonardo was very helpful throughout the whole ordering process, and there was no issue with changing shipping addresses.
