UPDATED REVIEW: Quickly Went from Hero to Zero
It's been close to 60 days since we had the appointment and have still have not received delivery of the orthotics. Apparently, they were going through an overhaul of their phone system and never received or did not bother to reply to my multiple messages asking for an update. When I finally spoke with Marcia, she indicated that there had been a problem with the order to the manufacturer and that the orthotics would be expedited in 3 days. It didn't happen and we are still waiting. Big disappointment.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Received excellent service from Marcia McNeil who only recently started at the clinic. If you've had unsatisfactory service in the past, now would be a good time to revisit them. She was courteous, professional and most importantly, able to quickly diagnose my mother-in-law's foot condition. In addition, it only took a few minutes for her to confirm that the necessary orthotics were covered by insurance. This is the way I wish all health professionals conducted their business. Thank you, Marcia!

Billing Scam Alert. My son had Surgery on his ankle and required an orthotic boot. Doctor said get one from these folks, or from Amazon. My wife and son went in, they ran insurance and came back and said no cost for us! Wife thought great-- that's better deal then $48.99 boot on Amazon so She went with it. BEWARE, a month later we get a bill for $225.42! They are either dishonest or made a mistake which they profit from. Save yourself the trouble.

Review Update 12/4/19: I talked to the branch manager (Marcia) and the office manager (Lori) and both ladies apologized about the billing issue and worked to make it right. The bottom line is I think my original review was a little harsh. These are actually honest folks that do care. While they made a mistake, they then went out of their way to make it right.

Professional, friendly and attentive staff. Marcia went over and above to ensure I not only received what the doctor ordered but made sure I loved my boots. And when my insurance changed on January 1st, the office staff made an immediate phone call ensuring I was squared away.

This is a great shop! Marcia M at the Hanger Clinic went waaaay above & beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I had experienced several issues trying to get the special shoes my doctor had ordered. Just when things looked dire everywhere else, Marcia swooped in and worked some magic, and really helped me out. Thanks a bunch!

If I could give -5 stars I would. My husband has been trying to get orthotics since FEBRUARY, YES FEBRUARY!!! Their customer service is awful, nobody can give him a straight answer, claims they contacted CIGNA for coverage and they never did. So many issues to even complain about. Honestly the worst experience we have ever had dealing with a clinic.

I can't recommend this business. Poor, poor service and product. I've been trying to get properly fitting shoes and inserts for months! I still have shoes that don't fit, and only one of the three pairs of inserts that my insurance approved and paid for. Also, it's hard to get a callback from the company. Try someplace else, if you can.
