This is my second visit and even though they were running behind it is worth it. Beautiful office, friendly staff, love Brandy, she listens and and doesn’t rush. I feel so comfortable and cared for here. Exactly how it should feel at a doctors office. My new primary care!!!

I'm truly enjoying my experience with Village Medical. My PC, Brandy, is wonderful and has been very supportive with my current health concerns. It's been easy to get timely appointments and it's so convenient being able to most of the tests there rather than having to go elsewhere for blood work.

Brandy Alexander, FNP, gave excellent care for my 2nd degree burn. I was able to make an appointment to get in to see her without delay. She advised me on care for the burn with a follow up appointment a week later. She’s great!

The only criticism would be that a staff member touch base with the patient sitting in the individual rooms so they don’t think they’ve been forgotten. Should never have nurse leave room and thenpatient sit for 15 minutes in cold room with no feedback or acknowledgment the patient is still just sitting there… be sensitive to misery behind the patient door.

Went to village medical as a new patient walked in the place was well kept and clean the receptionist was very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Dr Alexander was very pleasant and I liked that she was compassionate and understanding and assuring. And I like that she was well educated and familiar with the condition I'm dealing with. We need more doctors like Dr. ALEXANDER who puts their patients and clients needs first. I'm thankful I thank my God for such kindness . Thank you Dr. Alexander.

Finding a good pcp is not easy and I am very pleased with this office. I was able to get a same day new patient appt. I saw NP Brandy Alexander. Loved how attentive she was and how she listened to my PMH. She made me feel very comfortable.

I love how easy it was to schedule online and checkin. I had no paperwork to fill out when I got there doing it that way. The girl at the front desk checked my insurance right away to let me know if they were in network which saved a lot of hassle.

There was no wait to be seen. The back office MA was super cool. I love how convenient it is being connected to the Walgreens. I was able to pick up my prescription shortly after my appt. I will definitely be keeping this office as my pcp.

Office was clean, bright, inviting, comfy, good size. Front staff was friendly, answered questions, helpful, easy to talk to. Dr. Didn’t rush me, cared, listened, patient, nice, knowledgeable, organized. Would highly recommend. Best doctors visit I’ve had in over 12 years.
