Recently, we encountered an Unattended Death of a close friend. The biohazard mess that was left behind seemed way out of our league and capability. The floors throughout the house and furniture were covered with waste that I cannot describe here.

The moment I spoke with Joe, I knew we made the right call. He was responsive, caring and compassionate. Joe walked us through the steps of where to start and how his team would handle the clean-up. The next day, Marty and Robert arrived as advertised. Discreet and professional.

The work they did was nothing short of miraculous. They went above and beyond to ensure that the home turned out as if nothing had happened there. The value far exceeded the cost of this project. Not only for the physical work that was done, but for the sense of peace and redemption it brought to the family.

I had a truck in need of their service that ultimately Joe ended up purchasing for his fleet. Joe was extremely responsive, helpful, and resourceful. I called to inquire about cleanup after a death in the family and Joe was so willing to really help me, not rushing me off the phone. Being new to needing such a service, I knew nothing about how this works and the insurance companies don't help much as it's not in their interest. Joe knows all about this type of work and situation and helped me navigate my best options, as he's been doing it 15 years.

He's really one of the good guys who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Although we didn't hire AZ Bio because we ended up not needing the cleaning, I am certain that his work would be as professional and caring as he was on the phone.

Working with Joe and AZ Bio was an exceptional experience. Despite dealing with a tough family situation as a part of the process, Joe was IMMENSELY helpful and literally saved us almost $30k. When we figured out the property had no homeowners insurance, we thought we’d be paying completely out of pocket but Joe encouraged us to try and file an insurance claim through the HOA of the property (even after they told us their insurance wouldn’t cover it). Their policy ended up having coverage for this type of loss. We would have never even known to try if not for Joe. He and his contractors were extremely professional and did quality work as well.
