The hours clearly state they open at 8:00 on the door and online (this was a Tuesday) the Nurse Practitioner decided they didn't open until 9:00 and wasn't there. This was news to the staff and all the folks waiting outside. Now we're last in like at the AFC down the road. Please get organized, this seems way less than professional.

Was seen really fast. Got results timely. The nurses and doc were very nice and respectful. The only thing I can say negative is the young lady doing the check in could be a little more nice and friendly. But may have been a off day for her, totally understandable. Very good overall

Been dealing with a sciatic nerve flare up for about a week. Unfortunately, due to the amount of pain I am in, my BP was too high for a steroid shot. While I understand the protocol, I was disappointed that the only thing I was told was I needed to go to the ER a steroid shot. I wasn't offered any alternative options for pain relief and going to the ER for a non emergency issue is not worth the cost.

Edit to update...I actually have shingles (my first time) maybe if someone had actually EXAMINED me they would have noticed the rash.

Nothing Like a sharp knife when cooking! Monday after 6:30 I accidentally sliced my finger enough to think I needed stitches. I checked online to see if they were still open, made an appt and headed on down. Was back home w stitches within a hour. The staff were so nice and the nurse who did the stitches explained everything. Including what to do ¬ do for the next few days. Return in 7 for stitches out. Overall a very good experience for such a mishap.

Have been sick all day at work. Stopped by after work with no appointment and they took me right in. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in thirty minutes with my prescriptions called in to the pharmacy before I left. Could not be more satisfied!

Everything went great!!! Very helpful. We walked in at 5pm with no appointment. We were out by 6:30 and they did a special ear irritating treatment on her or we'd been out sooner. So wonderful and much much easier/faster than I thought it would be.

I was greeted by a precious African-American woman who was very kind and helpful. Next I was helped by a nurse practitioner who diagnosed me with Covid. She was so easy to work with and wrote a nice medical release note to excuse me from jury duty. She was also very thorough in making sure the prescriptions she was writing me worked with all my other meds. Everyone there handled my time with them with complete professionalism. Great experience.

We made an appointment and filled the paperwork out online. We were called back right at our appointment time, and we were out of there in 15 minutes. Check-In, the nurse and the doctor were extremely friendly. Highly recommend!
