Cannot recommend Dr. Bansal. She refused to approve of a $3K CT scan that was ordered by Canyon Vista Medical discovering a liver mass in MRI. I had to change primary for results. Thank God it was benign. She simply doesn’t listen to me. Yelled at me when I tried to get her to approve the scan. It was necessary. I did not imagine the chronic pain from it either. When I tried to show her the request she yelled at me to sit down and shut up. I did. I have anxieties over physicians misdiagnosing me. Had heart surgery Aug and then again May. No one should yell at their patients. Go to CQCH Clinic in Hereford instead.

Especially someone with fear of doctors! CQCH takes care, listens and have helped me get over my anxieties by treating me with compassion and respect.

Dr. Archana Bansal simply doesn’t work well with my insurance company. And I cannot trust her to do what is best for me. She misdiagnosed my allergies as well. The CT scan dye for one caused hives. Fast. I cannot risk having a primary that doesn’t listen. And certainly won’t tolerate being yelled at. I fired her. Recommend CQCH in Cochise County for family healthcare.

Just over two weeks ago I called to set up an appointment as a first time client with Dr. Bansal, although booked out and really needing an appointment I decided to go ahead and book since I'm looking for a primary care dr. Today is my appointment and I just called to see if it was possible to reschedule due to my newborn being ill, the receptionist put me on hold and then randomly Dr. Bansal picked up asking loudly and abruptly, without introducing herself... "what do you want", I explained I was on hold with the receptionist to reschedule my appointment... she then told me who she was and then said I didn't even have an appointment set for today and I wasn't in their system.. explaining my confusion because that obviously wasn't true since I have their paper work etc.. she raised her voice to over speak me and told me that she will be out of town for two weeks and to call back some other time to set an appointment and then without another word, not even goodbye, she just hung up on me. I obviously called back and spoke with the front office explaining what just happened and they were very apologetic and gave the explanation that she was busy with clients.. um then why would she be answering the phone randomly when I was speaking with the receptionist not her in the first place?!... so unprofessional. Dr. Bansal has absolutely disgusting, inappropriate and rude behavior. The ratings for this place should have been my first indication of how she runs her practice. I guess the hunt for a new Primary Care Doctor continues unfortunately. They should make zero stars an option.

Dr. Bansal has been our Primary Care doctor for over 2 years and she’s very nice and helpful. She listens to our questions and concerns and does a good job following up with relevant questions on our quarterly visits. She has given referrals to other doctors that have helped us as well, and she clearly cares about making sure that we stay healthy and happy. I fully recommend her as a doctor for your family!

Dr. Bansal has been my doctor since moving from Tucson. She is one of the best doctors I have experienced, in 67 years.She is prompt, direct, caring & honest. Her office runs smoothly..due the nurse, receptionist Sara.Together, they never make me feel rushed and addressing any and all needs. Dr Bansal listens, treats & responds to you without sugarcoating or just prescribes what you need, not what you want. I have never felt better, but more importantly Sara & Dr Bansal have given me much needed support and peace of mind.

Been seeing Dr Bansal for years and have never had a problem with her. She tells you the truth and doesn't sugar coat it. She has never been rude to me or my wife. She never had problems with my kids in the lobby. Wife (wife was covered) breastfed my 2 month old son in front of her and Dr Bansal even asked to hold him before we left. I would recommend her to anyone and i have to many people. I like that she just gets to the point but also will ask if you have any questions. As for how she treats her staff, it is a business. I understand it is wrong to do it in front of patients but if they mess up on your paperwork- it could be your life. If they mess up a dose on a script that could put you at risk- it falls on her for not catching it.

This has got to be the worst doctor in town if not the whole world. I saw her for years and she never cared about my problem or took it seriously. I have occipital neuralgia and it's incredibly painful. She always acted like I was inconveniencing her by continuing to have this problem. She would treat me like I was making it up and had no interest in getting me anything other than X-rays to identify it. She would look at the X-ray and say, "I see nothing on the X-ray, that means you're fine. I don't know what else you expect me to do." What kind of doctor doesn't understand the difference between an X-ray for bones and an MRI for muscles? She must have had me get X-rays in the same spot like 5 times, no joke.
She is rude, loud and arrogant. She will roll her eyes while you describe things to her like she is annoyed that she has to sit here and listen to this. She acts like she knows best because she went to medical school even though she isn't very knowledgeable and just has to Google everything herself anyway.
She wanted to keep sending me to Desert Sky for pain management over and over even though I practically begged her not to. She literally told me there was nothing else she could think to do besides send me to Desert Sky. It's no wonder she loves Desert Sky so much since that is another trashy facility where I was treated like my problem is imaginary. They have no idea what my problem is since they had no interest in getting me an MRI or any other detection method besides X-rays. Between Desert Sky and Bansal, I must have literally had 10 X-rays done on the same spot. They were too lazy to ever get medical records from anywhere else.
Don't go to this doctor. See literally anyone else. Patients are just a paycheck to her. She only became a doctor because it's a nice-paying job, not because she likes helping people, which she definitely doesn't. She is not remotely good at this job. She is very lazy and not very smart. She will give up on you as soon as it stops being easy to have you as a patient and she will treat you like you're wasting her time by needing help.

Dr. Bansal is one of the most excellent physicians I have ever had!
She is straight forward, NO Nonsense talk, instead hit the nail on the head at all time!!

If you can not handle that, too bad for you, instead you are the loser!
She is an excellent Doctor without any arguments!

I have been seeing Dr. Bansal for over 5 years and have not had any issues. She does pay attention to what I have to say and she looks back on my history to see if it's been brought up and what the outcome was. I also always have my other doctors send her reports and surgical notes so that she stays up-to-date with my health all around.
