Great experience on a Saturday by appointment. Good communication ahead of the appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional and we were not rushed at all. Our rad tech Effie took the time to explain everything along the way and let us know what to expect. Thank you all for making us feel welcomed.

Took my kids to get xrays and Celina at the front desk was really nice. She gave my son a coloring book to use while we waited to be called back. Didn't have to wait to long. The tech was also nice. Over all this is a great office

Front desk Celina was amazing. She took the time to get my missing order info from the referring office with a smile. She could have easily asked me to return since she was so busy. WOW, what great customer service! I was in and out of my appointment within 20 minutes of checking in. Jodee was super friendly, gentle and fast. The front desk lady was friendly, knowledgeable and fast as well. Fist time at this location and I will definitely be back.

Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner.
However, previously I had made an appointment for this work to be done.in the Laveen facility on 12/20/24 at 4:45pm. I arrived there at 3:05 pm for the 4:45pm scheduled appointment, but even after receiving a confirmation email, the facility showed me for a 10:45am appointment that morning! That was very disappointing since I reside in Gilbert and drove 2.5 hours round trip, and all the technicians had already left!

Seriously the best and most thorough experience, of my MANY, at a SimonMed location. Effie, especially, gets some extra appreciation for being as helpful and understanding to my specific needs. She endured that I was not only comfortable (I really don’t like going in tubes lol) but also confident in the imaging and reports being done, and working with my time constraints in the best way she could. Great team! I live far, but I’d highly consider their location any time I have the option.

OMG... Such excellent service! No waiting, Talked me through the procedure, ease my mind. Was filling out paper work when they called be back. Had two procedure and was done right after the other. This location is awesome. I did make an appointment, went so much smoother then other location.
