I had a wonderful experience at the new 'old' Phoenix Family AKA Optima Medical. The front staff Gloria very professional, got my information into the system fast and walked me through the computer check in system. The medical assistant Patricia was very detailed oriented. My provider Raquel NP addressed all my concern in a timely manner. My visit took about 45 minutes from the check in to me walking out. This included a full physical exam and an EKG. Great place. Highly recommended. So convenient.

This was my first visit to Optima. Just moved to the area and I was looking for a primary care practice. Search over! The staff are professional, courteous and on time. While time will tell, there seems to be a sincere focus on delivering high quality patient care.

My experience here was outstanding. My Physician Assistant , Hilker is absolutely amazing very detail and very likable. Ms. Hilker takes time to explain things to you the way a doctor actually should. She’s genuine and you can tell she cares about her patients.

I’ve gone through a lot of clinics and seen a lot of different doctors throughout my 31 years of life and this is by far my favorite one. I love the doctor I’ve been assigned to. She’s amazing! They all go above and beyond the experience of the patient while staying professional. They’re very attentive and hospitable. Everyone is friendly. The place is clean and smells good. I’ve been to this place before they renovated it and it’s a big difference now.

My doctor was very professional and actually remembered me, she provided me with options for my healthcare and services and actually seemed concerned. That is a major plus in my book because a lot of times you’re just a name and Number, however it really seemed like my doctor actually cared about my well-being. Very much appreciated.
