The staff was friendly and thorough. Dr.Wians was awesome.He was reassuring and precise with his diagnosis. The RN was great and explained everything well. I must add that the ER was very busy but I was seen in a timely manner. Great job!!

Staff was kind and attentive especially the tech. The wait for a bed in ICU was long but that is to be expected and was not upsetting. The nurse located extra chairs so my kids would have a place to sit in the room.

I been in this hospital a few times with my kids and for myself, I've always been treated the right way and with great attention. The nurses and doctors have always been very attentive and fast. I did not have to wait long. The staff was very kind and caring. The doctor was very thorough and explained every test he felt needed to be done and why. Room was clean and nurses were attentive to my needs.

Hi, I Live in cullman Alabama. I went to our ER in cullman. You may find this hard to believe that as an adult I’ve never run a fever. I was running a fever of 101.6 and felt like my back was on fire .She said just check her and do a swab for ,coronavirus., Strep a the flu ,a nurse came out in the lobby an did that while I was waiting.. I sit in the lobby for 5 1/2 hours and they called me back. I was back there two minutes as long as the doctor talk to me and said you’re good to go. I’m gonna give you an ibuprofen for the fever and you’re good to go. I begged her to do some blood test ,at least . She said, bring her a cup and that’s it. Abby in the cup, I sat it down in the room and I left without discharging. She Told the other nurse I needed to be gone, And she also said just look around look how busy we are packed. Decatur General found out, I had Pancreatitis and I also have a blockage in my G.I. track… If you think something is serious wrong do not go to the ER. My grandma had spinal meningitis and cullman sent her home and said nothing was wrong . Two hours later she went to Birmingham .when she got there, she Already had a stroke and a heart attack and was halfway brain dead. We lost her five days later. Also when smy grandpa took her to cullman for help Her fingers, Fingers, nails and toes and toenails were blue and purple

Normally when I have to go to this ER the staff is absolutely amazing. Last night not so! I was very patient they were slammed. I was in severe pain right flank. Triage was great. Then it went downhill from there. I was discharged and never seen a doctor. I was told that a NP was in the triage room when the nurse triaged me. Not once did the NP mention or speak with me or exam me. Another lady that left said that she never saw a doctor either. People need to do better in the Medical field busy or not !
