Working with Colby now and he has done a great job! A lot of strength allows him to really push the limits of my flexibility, without any jerky motions. He’s also a very good listener and super friendly. Great addition to the staff.

Colby stretched my lower body and my back. This is the first time in 4 weeks that I haven't walked with a limp. I had my R knee replaced in mid May and Colby understood and worked around the knee. He has some serious skill. I went to a massage therapist last week and Colby did a better job than her. When I get back to Alabama again for work, I will definitely have Colby stretch my legs and lower back again.

Jae at the Decatur location gave great service, and really helped relieve muscle tightness and tension through guided and assisted stretching exercises. I left feeling absolutely relaxed after the session, and will schedule more. The location was clean and staff were extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend.

Tyler was amazing! I brought my daughter in for stretching and before we got there she ask if it would be a girl that did her stretches and I said “I’m not sure”. I told her when we got there if it was a guy and she felt uncomfortable we would reschedule. We arrived and did a consult with Tyler and he ask if we wanted to go ahead and stretch today and she agreed. She liked getting stretched and said she felt better. It was not weird or uncomfortable for her at all and she said she wanted Tyler next time we go in. Thanks, Tyler! He is very friendly and has a wonderful personality. He is also knowledgeable about stretching.

Jacob is who usually stretches me he does a fantastic job!! He is professional, he makes me feel comfortable always address any concern I might have!! Every body I have talked to or who has stretched me at stretch zone has been great!!! !I will continue going I love this place I recommend if you have not been at least go the first time it’s free the first time form your own opinion!!!!!!!
