Worst doctor I have EVER been to! Asked for a dermatology referral and she said for me to make another appt and I responded I’m here now that’s why I made an appt today and that lousy doctor said” if you had a PPO you wouldn’t need a referral. No doctor should make a patient feel less than!! Especially when her & all her family probably didn’t have PPO until she got her license! She had weight loss surgery and cut her hair and most of my appt time was spent on praising her looks-and not helping her patient. She also has very little knowledge of medicine and when I was told my sugar was high I asked what should I do and she told me to google it. Worst doctor EVER and still waiting for a referral 2 months later.

Dr. Flores is one of the kindest, knowledgeable Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to meet! She doesn't treat her patients as numbers. She takes her time to listen and examine her patients. I found her to be very honest. I have referred her services to many of my family and friends.

She is my PCP and i think she is Awesome. I'm very satisfied with her treatment. She takes time to Truly treat advise and answer questions. It didn't matter if it's 15 minutes our an hour she is there to treat. And I'm very grateful for her treatment. Thank you Dr. Flores!

We went there a few times but now switched doctors because you can’t get anyone to answer the phones. Their voicemail box is always full so you can’t leave a message.I need a refill on my prescription and the pharmacy can’t even get them to respond. I had to actually drive into town to their office to tell them I need a refill. Then I’ve had to ask three times for referral and they never got me one. Worst doctors office that I’ve ever been to in my life. And their office is not busy. If you look at the reviews it’s no wonder

I started out seeing the Nurse Practitioner, I never knew she was not the doctor and I loved her. I saw the actual doctor a couple of times and she doesn't do anything. I came she types on her lap top and listened to my lungs. She recently walked away while I was talking to her that was rude. I was not given proper instructions, she would not even listen, she just addressed someone else instead of hearing me out. However I am use to a doctor that actually examines me and hears me when I am saying something.

I would give this zero stars if I could, worst doctor and office I have ever been too. Kept me waiting hours after my appointment just to tell me the doctor is normally running hours late, after I drove 30 mins there. Had to leave without being seen to go to work. They didn't even bother to call and say my 11am appointment wouldn't be until 1pm. Also when I've seen the doctor before, she didn't speak very good English and didn't seem to really know anything much. Bad all around, very disappointed.

She is the worst. Went with a friend to help her get an exception for the vaccine because the first dose gave her seizures. Dr.Vidal stated she will not sign the exception form because "if you die it'll be my fault." Informed that she would die getting the second dose but Dr.Vidal kept denying it. Will not be coming back.
