Wasn’t happy. I was asked if one person was able to watch and observe thinking it was a new associate, but later they invited 2 more women in (total of 4). Who wants an audience during a PAPS? Then it cost me tons of money for the PAP and recommended tests in which they pushed a med on me that had more side effects and wasn’t resolving the problem I came in for. Kept pushing me for colon guard test. I said no I don’t want it and they ordered it anyway. The staff was friendly but all the money I spent did not resolve the issue. Had I been put on the med I figured I needed, instead of pushing a product I didn’t need based on test results, I wouldn’t be suffering still now. Don’t believe that OB/GYN are not prone to big pharma’s push for their drugs and tests like physicians because they are still prone to it.

My experience here was so amazing they were kind fast and so understanding they listen to everything I said and was very caring and explained everything to me I came from casa grande and I highly recommend them great service and friendly staff

Morgan, I want to commend you and the staff for your exceptional service. However, I encountered an issue with the doctor. After undergoing a blood test that returned abnormal results, I reached out to the doctor's office for guidance. The secretary offered to provide me with the results, but unfortunately, her explanation was difficult to understand. Subsequently, I underwent an ultrasound, and during the follow-up appointment to discuss the findings, the doctor appeared disinterested and treated me as an inconvenience. Sadly, he failed to disclose the results of the blood test. Therefore, despite receiving the results of the ultrasound, I still have no clue about the overall picture of my health.
It was great meeting you and you girls have a good one I will not be back

Dr Jillian was amazing, in fact, every woman I spoke to inside the office was friendly, kind, and compassionate. They listened to my concerns and spelled out my options, and were extremely professional and comfort-oriented. There was not a moment I felt anything but the utmost respect, even when I had to pause my appointment halfway through to nurse my infant. They made me feel welcome and valued.

I really love the staff here! I always feel safe and comforted. THE ONLY thing that is a HUGE issue for me and alap others and has me wanting to go else where… is there is NO ultrasound tech or working equipment for one. There are plenty of patients that attend this location that not having one is unacceptable and ridiculous for us to have to travel out of town for an ultrasound!! Please fix this! Because this place is amazing and I want to continue being a patient here!
