If I could give 6 stars for Mario’s customer service I would…wow. We walked in blindly (pun intended) and asked about insurance coverage. Mario went out of his way to reach out to our vision insurance company multiple times. He communicated with me every step of the way. We established a plan of attack; I picked out frames; gave him my prescription; and am now waiting for my new glasses. Well done, Mario!!

I had a wonderful visit at this Visionworks. The staff was very helpful, but my optometrist was excellent. She gave detailed explanations to my questions and made recommendations that have already made a big difference. I would 100% return to see her in the future. My eyes have never been so powerful.

I used to really like going here- however after being overcharged by $120 for the wrong type of contacts that is not on my prescription and that I asked 3x not to get and then waited a month for, I won’t be back. Also because of this, I missed out on my full insurance benefit. When I ordered them I even commented that it seemed like a lot of money and was just told “that’s how much they are”. The optometrists themselves are very nice, I just won’t be doing anything more than an eye exam here in the future (if I do come back), don’t feel like getting screwed over again by someone who refuses to both order what’s on the prescription and what the customer asked for 3x and then wait a month again. Not sure when they just started ordering whatever they want and charging customers whatever regardless of what is on the prescription and what the customer attempted to verify.

Very Good Service, employees and staff are very nice. Ever thing runs in an orderly Fashion which is always great. I have now gotten my glasses and contacts from here and now I'm waiting for my contacts to come in. Only downside id say is that the color contacts are not available for my prescription. Bummer ?

Repeat Customer♡ I walked in on a Sunday and greeted pleasantly by the lone Rep. She was so great and easy to work with. She went above and beyond by contacting my insurance provider which saved me over 700 dollars. I highly recommend this location.

Tremendous customer care by Michelle from scheduling my eye exam (a few days prior), to checking me in the day of, and then on into the initial screening. And then also Mario when it came time for me to pick out frames. Made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you!!

Everyone here is great. Friendly, helpful and patient from the eye exam through the eyeglass selection, with a rather challenging customer. Prices were very reasonable.

Shockingly horrible customer service!!! I arrived 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and Michelle, the Optical Supervisor, told me I needed to reschedule because they have a 2 minute grace period for appointments. When I called back to have my records transferred to another optometrist, I was advised the policy is actually a 5-15 minute grace period.

I'm completely confused as to why I was treated that way and what kind of organization would employ a Supervisor who feels entitled to treat customers with such disregard. It's super disappointing because my family has been going to this location for about 10 years and we were generally happy with the service.

We will never return after this incident. The way an organization is supervised has a huge impact on the service each employee provides. Leadership matters! The level of care and concern for customers that a supervisor models, encourages, and instills in the staff, matters.
