I have seen Luis Valdez come to Sky Harbor Airport at Terminal 4 and service the regulated trash for about a year now, and he has always been nice and kind and comes in and checks the cage to collect the regulated trash bins and then goes on his way. He communicates efficiently when he is here for me to meet him when I need to sign the delivery manifest for our records. Keep it up Luis!!
