Update 10/7 . Dr Fleming states for women over 40 to get mammogram every two years against Banner , FDA and American College Radiology. I said family history of colon cancer and I want referral to GI however she said I declined and want Cologard. Straight dangerous ! Don’t trust her !
She wrote I’m a retired nurse in her notes and signed a document for flu shot showing I am a current nurse in same visit She fraudulently documents topics not even discussed during visits to increase billing.I already filled out forms and spoke to administration. You say you welcome feedback then retaliate in your progress notes.

I woke up with a huge chunk of hair missing and had to see Dr Fleming because my doctor wasn't available.
Her first comment when walking in, seeing me for the first time was 'your blood pressure looks good!'.
She looked at the hairloss area and said it was nothing autoimmune and that I probably scratched it off. Then she proceeded on a 10 minute lecture about diabetes(which I don't have), eating healthy, losing weight etc. Then ordered some diabetic bloodwork.
I told her during the exam that I was being treated for Crohn's and that was dismissed.
I saw her on 4/5, by 5/3 the area had more than doubled in size. The dermatologist diagnosed me with alopecia areata on 5/3.

Dr Fleming wanted me to discontinue my practices with my natural path doctor and proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t be taking certain medicines that I have taken for years. I am also a practicing RN for 46 years.
