If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called to see about the free dental clinic after being referred by my primary care. Medicaid doesn’t cover dental after age 19. The person answering phones very rudely told me they only accept you as a dental patient if you qualify as a medical patient. How does that even make sense?! I’m not willing to switch my primary care doctor, and I can’t afford dental care any other way. This place is a joke, a waste of state funding, and a place for snot-nosed people to look down on those who aren’t as well off.

I want to thank the team at the Community Free Clinic for all they do for the "least of these" in our community. Your friendly staff, especially Macy Beth with her contagious smile, makes people feel appreciated and not a burden!
I just want you to know, the service you are providing is making an impact in our community, and I thank God for your agency!

Horrible place ran by a horrible woman. They don't care about the patients or what they are going through. She is so lazy she can't even be bothered to send in paperwork asked for by social security. Says its too much to ask from a volunteer. Would rather see patients go without income or medications than help. Patsy at the desk talks down to everyone and threatens you when you stand up for yourself and Jessica is completely heartless. They recieved medications from drug companies in my name and refused to give them to me or transfer them to a pharmacy. I begged Jessica with her knowing I had lost my husband, my income and had to have open heart surgery. She didn't even return my call

The free clinic is to the best place to go for someone without insurance. Most of the people there to my knowledge are volunteering,so you have to take the good with the bad to get what you need sometimes. Customer service is not always pleasant. It's basic coverage but some coverage is better than none. I'm thankful for be able to go there until I can afford my own insurance.

They will let you run out of your medicine and not see you anymore if you make a mistake on calling in your refills. They have let me run completely out of my medicine and I feel like im having a heart attack and feeling really bad and scared because im out of my medicine. This ain't right at ALL!!! Patsy is very stuck up and looks down on us and talks to us bad. We are human beings!!!

I must say there was a shocking experience after speaking on the phone with one of the ladies and seeing them in person. On May 12th, 2015 a blonde lady that was a staff person at the front desk with another lady in dark brown hair sitting with her came across as cold, unfriendly and brief after I asked a question. They had looks and knew they both said something bad about me when looking at each other with a face when I leaving. I cannot imagine why this uncouth, unprofessional behavior and gesture must be done at a Community Free Clinic while at any establishment the expectation and norm of civility, warmth and kindness is key.

Very rude, they act like just because you don't make alot of money you are just trying to score drugs. Sandy in the front looks down on you, treat you bad. They misdiagnosed several times. The lady dr in the wheel chair just guesses. Their best Dr retired. The plus : good for a physical, blood work, generic medicine, alergie pills, etc. The people working with taking vitals are very nice, the lobby is clean, clean restrooms, good if you need a filling, or tooth pulled. Other then that provide your tax returns, bank info, income,. If you don't make enough be prepared to be turned down. I just hate how the women in the front treat, look down and make you feel. But it's an option. Be prepared to wait hours even when you do have an appoitment
