They took 32 days to get us the report that they said would take 11. Then we had to push the issue to get them to find the report. When we got the report it was incomplete and was nothing more than a single sheet of paper. Previous clients showed us their report that was in a binder with several pages and tons of color. The report we recieved was nothing like it. We are completely unsatisfied with their service and recommend people avoid using their services.

Twice I was mistaken for other patients.I was rudely asked why I didn't tell them I used med marijuana.I don't. Wrong patient! My stomach was grabbed & shooked & was told THAT was why I was overweight. I went for my appt & was told I didn't have one,I showed them my appt card, they made me wait until every patient was seen 1st. Almost 3 hrs! Billing errors. Very poor service.Too many mistakes.

No one ever answers the phone, and when they do, the medical assistants and front desk people speak to you in a rude and disrespectful tone. I had an appt. This morning and they didn't even call to tell me they rescheduled it; Im going elsewhere. F**k you spectrum

Dr. Evans is a vreat Doctor. He cares and speaks to you like you are a human. I go there because of him. The staff, however, some are sweet, but there are some really rude people there. I know dealing with the public can be tough sometimes but if you can't be kind most of the time you need to work somewhere that you don't represent the office. Dr. Evans is wonderful though. I would recommend him any day.
