I was listened to and treated with respect as soon as I walked in the door, with a "good morning, welcome in!" I did have to come back at a later time, only due to a time slot fill up, even for walk-ins, other than that everything was spot on great service. My health conditions were considered in every bit of my care plan, as well as my financial situation.

I had my 1st virtual visit with Dr Jeffers and she was amazing and very supportive of all my suggestions. We scheduled a follow up in person appointment with another Dr she suggested. Once I arrived Esmeralda greeted me and checked me in and had the best courteous help! since checked in I was greeted by a wonderful nurse named Heaven. She was so personable and made my checkin amazing. Then my 1st time appointment with Dr. Quirino was amazing !! She was so caring and patient and comforting it was like i've known her my whole life! She got me in and out without making the visit feel rushed I cannot wait to visit again. I strongly suggest any and everyone to visit this location you will be so happy you did!

From the second I walked in to this office I felt I was an inconvenience to the lady at the front desk, she was VERY unapproachable. It's so sad that society has lost the values of patient care. This is a place you are supposed to go and feel comfortable talking with professional health care providers and it starts with your office staff, sad to say this place is missing it by a long shot. Parents bring there kids to your office in hopes for improvements in their young lives. I would suggest to do your best at being professional and set your ego aside when your on the clock working in a professional setting.

The front office staff is careless and not empathetic at all. They charged fees and did not provide services because they wanted both parents consent to treat a child. The parent was denied services for the child until the neglectful parent also consents to treatment. By 3 minutes the parent who had been waiting for 3 hours for the child to be seen was denied services as well because he did not turn in his paperwork with the child's. They work very slow and are great to talk about other non work related things and stop to place starbucks orders and drinks at their desks at the cost of patients time. People with mental health services need access to efficient health care without so many obstacles.
