Definitely an upgrade from hospital and doctor visits i’m very excited about Dr. Paula Hernandez. This is by far the best medical treatment I’ve received and this is only the first visit today. She’s very informative as she took her time and explained everything to me from the medication‘s I’m taking to the possibilities of what’s going on with my back, honestly I’ve been to three different hospitals. I’ve been to three other doctors, including Pain Management, and they all seem to treat people horribly and it doesn’t seem like they really care about their patients or truly helping them. Just getting them out the door with a little to no explanation as to what’s going on with them physically I was losing faith. However, today was like a ray of sunshine and just her sincere kindness , patience and knowledge gave me hope. Also, the office staff extremely helpful as opposed to the last doctors. I was at where they would leave me on hold for 3040 minutes sometimes just pick up the phone and hang up on me. This office staff was running to the phones making sure they answered the patient’s. I’m very impressed and I look forward to my new PCP. And working with these amazing people I definitely would recommend bringing your friends and family to this clinic.

Dr. Nubia and Her Sister are AMAZING! The best providers I have been in care of in a very long time. Extremely thoughtful and thorough when explaining any medical terminology to you and taking the time to answer any questions you have. Dr. Paula Hernandez is AMAZING, AMAZING. I’m so glad we found her. A clean family practice. She sees my hubby and I. I feel comfortable talking to her about my concerns about my health. She is also bilingual which is a plus. And they have labs here so no need for spending hours waiting to get blood work else where

MONEY HUNGRY CARELESS Doctor!!!!
We were first-time cash patients here dr. Nubia said she would give us a discount (lies) made us feel good about coming here she must really care for her patients right? Lies!!! She said it would be $100 for IV and vitamins witch normally cost $230 good deal right ? No ...As soon as it was time to check out the bill was more than $100 it's was $200 my husband very shy but he did say doctor gave us a different price and they still charged him $150 well when I found out I called to see why we're were charged more and they said so sorry about that u have a $50 credit that was a miscommunication probably on doc and staff ..and we waited 3hrs after our appointment time to be seen 1st visit 2nd visit 2hr wait after apt time ... But when we show up for apt there was No credit and they would not give his blood results untill we paid $10fee more even tho they said it was a mistake on there end so doc never came out to discuss issues and was hard up for $10 what kind of doc does that CARELESS MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR THATS WHAT KIND LIES TO HER PATIENT AND WANTS MORE MONEY NEVER COMING OUT TO FIX PROBABLY JUST MAKING SURE SHE GETS PAID SAD DONT COME HERE STAY FAR AWAY
