I have been a patient at Trinity for 5 years now. I did research when 1st moving to Phoenix area and Trinity was at the top of the list. The staff is very polite, nice and professional. Dr. Padma is wonderful. I feel very at ease during our appointments and she’s very knowledgeable and caring. I also talk with a therapist from Trinity. She is wonderful and helps me with the day to day things and she gives me articles and different techniques to help me with whatever is going on in my life. I can tell that she genuinely cares I would highly recommend Trinity Integrated Medicine to anyone without hesitation.

I go to this practice for SPRAVATO!!!! Can I just say, this treatment is WORKING!!!! I cleaned my room last weekend that I hadn’t had the energy to and was to depressed to clean it in a year. My family has all noticed a difference. I no longer want to die. The staff is wonderful. I love them all. They really genuinely care about our treatment and getting better. Claudia is fast, and punctual. A real workhorse!!! Dr. Padma is passionate and wants to help people get well she truly believes in her treatments and cares and I must say, it IS working for the first time I have hope in over 10 yrs. Dr. Padma has fought for me to get these treatments and I truly owe her because she has saved my life. Just do it if you have any qualms about Spravato. It’s worth it!!!! Thank you Trinity Integrated Medicine!!!!!

This office is AMAZING! Been with them for years and if not for Dr. Padma, I don’t know where I’d be. She’s a no nonsense Dr that genuinely cares about her patients. The staff is super responsive and even more friendly. I would recommend Dr Padma to anyone looking for serious treatment for their mental health needs. Love this office! ❤️❤️

I’ve had a number of issues with this practice both primary care & behavioral. My previous PA PCP & Psychiatrist have since left both departments of this practice. The owner of the PCP side tried to put me on ozempic despite my numerous health conditions, & concerns with the adversion to weightloss medication, and history of eating disorders. I had 3 other opinions from other medical professionals, all of who said this treatment would have caused irreparable damage due to my severe GI issues.

My current psychiatrist has not been carrying out the agreed upon treatment plan since I got shuffled over to her from my previous one moving on to a different practice. I was never able to schedule follow ups within the 30 day allotment forcing me to go into withdrawals every other month. Every time I called the office, they told me they could not refill without an appointment. They then asked for an updated set of bloodwork & labs, to which I had to wait weeks to get done due to finding a new PCP; and those were given last week along with Vitals and I still have NOT yet received these meds, now going on 3 weeks without my medication I need to function. When I called the psychiatrist out on this continuing to happen, the response I got was “my schedules just crazy” or “that’s weird” … I don’t think this practice really cares about their patients and I’m done sacrificing my own wellbeing for avoidable human error. I’ve submitted a formal complaint with the Arizona Behavioral Health Medical Board because this isn’t the first time and it doesn’t seem like the last.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My friend had been seeing her doctor for YEARS complaining about symptoms that she has been suffering from. He only ever told her that she needed to lose weight and that she was too dehydrated and so many more disgusting comments. My friend then decided to change her PCP and within a few months she has been diagnosed with a few different illnesses. When she went back and explained her and her new doctors findings he completely dismissed her and said the same things from the beginning. These doctors need to be retrained or be dismissed from this field of work.

I have been going to Trinity Integrated Medicine for a few months now, and their medical staff is the best I have seen in a long time. Everyone I have dealt with, from the front desk to the nurses, has been polite, professional, and has made my visits comfortable. Despite her hectic schedule, Dr. Padma Aking made me feel like I was the only patient there when I needed assistance this past week. You should definitely visit this practice.
