I am so happy I found this place! I needed to get into a primary care asap and they were so accommodating that they were able to get me in the very next day! My visit was awesome and I felt very taken care of. They follow up when they say they will and really do care about their patients. I will be going here moving forward!

I just came to this place and it feels like I’ve been there my whole life , Bri the receptionist is perfect and very informational makes you feel comfortable and the doctor Rachel Ortiz, very humble and genuine I think I found a home for sure

Wow I went in for my first appointment today and the two front desk ladies were amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable and homey at a doctors office they seen me with my daughter and they offered to help fill out paper work and the lady even put a movie on for my son. Once they sat me back to the room a nurse crystal was so attentive and she actually cared and listen to my concerns. I’ve never had a doctor who listened to me and then Rachel seen me and she was like the cherry on top of everything! She ordered blood work and everything I needed so fast without hesitation. This office is amazing I have so much anxiety when it comes to doctors offices but this office made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend they truly do care about their patients

Doctor Rachel and her staff are awesome!

Brianna the receptionist was very polite, she was able to accommodate a last minute consultation and scheduled me in immediately.

Doctor Rachel was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though I was a first time patient, she listened to my concerns and took care of me right away.

Rachel and her staff are the best! They got me in right away, submitted insurance forms (even my PCP change forms, saving me a phone call)! Brianna and Karen are especially helpful and both so sweet - funny to say I had a great experience going to the doctor, but I did! Thank you all, lifesavers !!

Where should I be begin! We have been looking for a primary care provider for a long time, my wife and I have been going with different doctors and none seem to really care and listen to our concerns making us feel like we are just a number. Until we came across Dr. Rachel Ortiz I was able to finally get answers I have been seeking actually was able to detect early stage of breast cancer thanks to Dr. Rachel Ortiz. My wife and I are extremely happy we came across Rapid Care at Home Clinic not to mention all her staff is amazing. It does really make you feel like you are at home and part of their family. 5 plus stars.

Dr Ortiz is amazing. She treats my grandparents so good and she always makes all of us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this clinic. Her staff is great too.
