The Dr. Rosa is the best. I will absolutely get a shift swap just to see her. Really disappointed they made me wait in a room so long and not really fond of the dr. I had today. but the staff is friendly when you actually go in. But the receptionist that works on wendsday and Thursday is incompetent of her job or does not know what shes doing sadly they don't say there names or I would say it on here. The receptionist today was nice. So was the assistant who walks people to the rooms shes awesome.

Worst experience ever!! Scheduled an appointment for my husband for a new patient, they had him waiting over 2hours!!!! These people are so inconsiderate of our times! My husband checked in at 2:15 pm and I had to pick him up at 420pm because he hadn’t been called to the back yet! This is ridiculous! DEFINITELY DONOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASH PLACE. 0 STARS

Horrible experience !!!! First time coming here ,first time meeting my primary doctor .Arrived at my 8am appointment on time (Mind you they open at 8am also) I waited over a hour to be seen because Dr.William Amora decided doing paperwork was more important then seeing his patients ! -I know that’s what he was doing because his nurse told me….I definitely plan on reporting him !! This is inconsiderate and unacceptable!! I will also be changing locations and doctors !! If I could give no stars I would !!!

Providers are 5 ⭐️ ( male general Doctor and pediatric Dr.Pooley) they are great but the female dr didn’t tell my husband (on his last visit) that he has borderline issues that can be corrected but it wasn’t mentioned! And the medical assistants are horrible they don’t do nothing and swear they are so busy but you can hear them just talking and see them sitting around. Our appointment was at 8 and we sat in the lobby for 40 minutes then provider didn’t come in till 9:30!! Please do better at scheduling!! Dont overbook people that have their own careers to attend to! I work in the medical field too and my office prides ourselves on QUALITY not quantity!!! Please gain better ethics!!

The women in the front are horrible. They are soo rude. I was trying to find a new PCP and notice they have a notice that states they charge $25 cancelation fee for Private, Ahcccs and self pay. I know for a fact they can't charge ahcccs patients. When I asked them about this, they responded rudely "we're not charging them". So why have that sign up
So if you have ahcccs and getting charge cancelation fees. Please report them!!!

I had been a patient at this office for so many years. I found the doctors to be very professional, communicative and friendly. That is why I stayed that long- but the staff is a different story. Some stuff I dealt with was ridiculous, from not picking up the phone, or picking up the phone and not telling you they were putting you on hold, from forgetting they had you on hold, so had to hang up and call them again and go through the same thing. Or calling them early in the morning, when you know staff is available and being sent to voicemail with a message that the office is closed on Fridays or during lunch to please call during regular hours. Or you having to call on any type of results because they don’t call you when they’re supposed to— on a few occasions after calling, a few days later I would get a call from them saying “Your results are available, we’re calling to go over them” so my response was “Yes I know, I already called you to go over them”. I get mistakes happen, I work in the medical field, but the staff here are constantly making mistakes, and they can be rude and unprofessional. I also have experienced seeing them talk rudely to other patients. Its probably time for new management, new staff, or some customer service training/refreshers.

I love this clinic. The Medical Assistant (I wont write her name to protect her identity) is so nice and very helpful. She speaks Spanish and are all very friendly. I wish their bosses paid them more because this is a hard job that deserves a good wage. I recommend this clinic.
