I started seeing Dr. Mueller in late 2024 and have been very impressed with my experience so far, you can tell he really enjoys what he does and cares about his patients. The office staff is also super kind and helpful.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I am very frustrated at this office. I haven’t been seen yet, but it took me calling four different times and leaving messages for someone to finally call me back to schedule an appointment. I finally got to schedule a sleep study consult for five months out. Today I was waiting for them to call for our scheduled appointment and they never did. I called the office to see if I could talk to someone, and of course no one answered. Unfortunately, there are not many options for a sleepy study in Flagstaff, otherwise I would go somewhere else! Please do better at caring for your patients!

I had a blood clot in my leg that was not getting better. I called the office and asked to see a cardiovascular surgeon to see if there was any possible intervention available. The PA, Karen, talked me into seeing her first and to map the clot. Thinking there must be time for a procedure if she wanted to see me first, I agreed. It took 3 weeks to get the appointment and when the U/S tech mapped my clot I was shown into a room, and Karen came in and said I need to a cardiovascular surgeon. ? She actually refused to tell me the results of the scan. Who does that, do a test and refuse to give you results. Not only did she refuse to give me results, but she also actually delayed me seeing a cardiovascular surgeon by a month. IF there was any possibility of intervention, she delayed it considerably. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespectfully at a doctor's office before. I won't come back

The cardiologist could not have been more dismissive and unhelpful. I went in to get an understanding of my cardiological symptoms that were coming up and when he came in to the exam room he hardly let me finish what i was saying or ask questions. he said he did not think what i had was a cardiological issue but then immediately wanted an eco and prescribed me beta blockers. when i asked why i could not get a direct answer. I was recommended to i log my symptoms to figure out my triggers after i already went over what exactly my triggers were after i logged already the week before. it was clear i was not being listened to. it is hard to admit something is wrong, and appointments like these discourage getting help over serious issues.

I had the worst night of none sleep during my sleep study. Warren Gee was very rude and condescending with his comments and care. I could deal with the hard bed but not the very cold room. Ended my study before it was over just to be able to breath.

I have a heart doctor here. I don't normally have heart issues, but when I returned from a trip to California last week, I experienced ankle swelling and pain in my left arm.
I had an appt the next day with my doctor's NP, and she did an EKG, which turned out regular. Then not last night but the night before I was experiencing stabs of pain under my left breast. That night, I waited it out rather than go to the ER, as it didn't seem to get any worse. I called the office first thing in the morning, and spoke to a nurse. I told her I didn't know whether or not I should go to the ER, as I was still having some pain in my chest. She told me she would have my doctor call me. As I sit here this morning, no one called, no one cared. This isn't my ankle or my wrist I'm calling about...THIS IS MY HEART! You know how some people go nose blind? I think these people have gone emotionally blind to the matters they deal with on a daily basis. Needless to say, I'm changing doctor's and leaving this practice.

The professionals who are providers are just excellent, but trying to arrange any sort of appointment is just sheer hell ... system seems to be broken. I would guess that you need a new practice manager to straighten the mess of just trying to get to someone that can help you. Messages get dropped. Phone calls don't get returned. Random people may/may not call. The practice is dysfunctional, but the professionals are superb. Ironic.
