They dont even have an audiologist. waited 2 months for an appointment just to walk in and be told that they cant help me. the place has no customer service and is a joke.

Benjamin has been the hearing specialist since last Fall. I like my new hearing aids as they are connected to my cell phone and I can adjust them with the app. Benjamin is well trained, and was able to quickly find any problems with my new hearing aids. He is friendly and pleasant.
