Just watched your driver block traffic coming up Coyote Pass by driving in the fast lane. This isn't the first time I've seen your vehicles driving badly. I wouldn't trust them to take me around the block.

Such a great experience. I have never felt more safe and in good hands. They were quick to ease my pain and walked me through everything they were doing to help me. One of them held my hand all the way to the hospital. And constantly asked my pain level. Great crew. Thank you for helping me.

We are driving class a truck training. Some guy in a small van started yelling and using profanity at the students. We were making a right on Johnson off stockton hill. He saw us coming and hurried up to the stop sign. He could of waited.

Most in polite men e.m.t. I have ever seen. And they really don't care about there patients, were just a number to them. And if you find there keys in your driveway like I did, I would not worry about returning them like I did. They are rude and in no hurry to receive them. So next time I'm just going to throw them away.

My dad had to call 911 for me as I was having sharp chest pains and could barely talk normally early Sunday morning around 4:30am. The ambulance came and they were asking me questions and my dad was answering for me because I couldn't concentrate and could barely give them answers. They put me on a stretcher but while doing that, one of the medics was talking to a River Medical employee about how my dad was being "so rude" while I was in the ambulance waiting to be taken to the hospital. When I got to the hospital room, the same medic who was in the ambulance put an electronic signing form and I didn't let me finish putting my full signature before taking it away. So sorry my dad wasn't calm and polite during an emergency. *sarcasm*

I was at the 76 station this evening getting drinks for me and my family. Both registers were open. I moved forward to check out. The person on the right just finished checking out and walked right in front of me. If I hadn't stopped we would have collided. I said, "Excuse me." loud enough for him to hear. He didn't flinch as he marched out the door. I mention this here because he wore a River Medical uniform and stepped into a River Medical Ambulance. I hope I never need their services. If they can't even be nice to strangers how do they help their customers. I cringe at the thought. This guy was about 5'8" sandy blonde hair, balding. He had a mustache and an attitude of being better than everyone else. Probably because River Medical is the only ambulance service in the area. Big fish. Itty bitty pond. Whoopdedoo!

I had to call 911 last night due to my mother, 82, screaming in pain. She pulled something in her lower back, she already had surgery on this issue a few years ago but she jarred it and was in some serious pain.
4 men and a woman descended on the house, 1 asking me questions, 1 taking vitals and 1 trying to talk her off the ledge (Metaphorically speaking)
There was a kind hearted, genuinely caring, peacefulness in her room as I tried to be calm and answer questions. They treated her like their own mom/grandma and she was eating it up! She was smiling and relaxed by the time they got her on the gurney. (At one point “Slow dancing” from bed to chair to gurney with one of the men LOL)
I was at peace, driving to the hospital, knowing she was in good hands with them.
I pray to never need them again, but I wanted to give a shout out to them. Each of you are following a calling, You were wonderfully patient when many may not have been as understanding/patient.

Long story short. If you ever need to go to the hospital get there any other way than this company. If you can. The paramedics are all very professional and nice but when it comes to the bill and getting it paid this is not a friendly company. I was taken to the hospital may 5th and got a precollection bill on 6 10 . I sent then all my insurance information for then to file. Just got a bill from a collection agency... way to go!
