The young lady Yasmin at the front desk is beyond rude and condescending. Very embarrassing with no regard.

Dr Sewell and his staff are wonderful. He takes time to listen to and treat your concerns. Whenever I have called in from out of town, Susie, the phone nurse has always called me back the same day to see that I had what I needed. I would highly recommend them.

love the doctors but absolutely mortified by the fact I can not get ahold of the nurse Lisa, whom you have to speak to, to have anything done. I have called her consecutive days in desperate need for help because I can not leave work and I recently called and demanded to speak with her and I was on hold for 30 minutes. poor poor patient care on her end.

I always felt rushed. I would complain about same symptoms every visit and nothing was done but blood work. If you called in trying to get seen for being sick the soonest appointment they would have would be for 2 weeks out. They wouldn't try to work you in. I called and Tasha answered the phone said there's nothing I can do the doctors have a meeting they have to go to and I can't help you. I know it can be stressful answering so many calls but when people are sick they look to their doctor to help without the I can't deal with the people calling attitude. The nurse for Cindy Milstead seemed like she was bothered if she had to call you back no bedside manner at all. I hated I had to switch doctors but I needed one who could atleast work me in within a day or two not 2 weeks out I needed a doctor that would listen to me when I spoke and not try to walk out of the room while I'm speaking. I felt that 3 minutes was all I got to say what I had to.

Dr. Staheli is absolutely amazing! He cares so much and listens and wants to help! I appreciate everything he did while he was my doctor. I wish he was here ( where we moved to) so he could STILL be my doctor.
