Long lunch over 2 hours. no consideration or consequences because you have to go here. Only in the military do you get to shut down and open up at your convenience. Crazy 72 hour rule for retirees refills also. Pay attention active duty people, they or anyone doesn’t give a damn about you once you get out as some current active duty guy will make it apparent to you.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Branch Medical. I was on hold with the appointment clerk for 30 minutes, only to be rudely hung up on. When I called back, thinking it was a mistake, they hung up on me three more times. When I finally went to the facility, they took their sweet time assisting me.

The pharmacy service is equally terrible. It took two hours just to get a prescription filled. Additionally, one of the nurses made a snide comment about not getting two-hour breaks, implying that we do. The overall attitude and service at Branch Medical are unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can.

A Waste, Joke, and this place needs a new chain of command because obviously something isn't working.

Check in was not great- Petty Officer Graciane was not friendly or polite. She definitely did not want to be there or care about helping people. And she messed up my information on check in which Resulted in me having to wait over an hour in the pharmacy after my appt. My appointment with Dr. Mendez was AMAZING. She was welcoming, happy, nice, friendly, and all smiles. She was attentive and caring. I would recommend 12/10 foe seeing her!!! She made the visit worth it. The petty officer nurse that did my vitals, however, is a different story. Not friendly. Not caring. Just acted like she did not want to be there. Asked the same questions 2 or 3 times because she was not paying attention. Very frustrating. But when Dr. Mendez came in with her big personality it made the headaches of being there thus far go away. After my appt I had to go to the pharmacy, which was very busy, not to their fault, but they were very accommodating. Also Oscar, the clinic manager (I'm guesing) had to fix my information from being messed up at the beginning and HE WAS AMAZING. and kind. And thoughtful. I was almost in tears and he was very sympathetic. Kudos to the Dr. And Oscar.... (those petty officers need a swift kick and some training and discipline).

If you don't have a head ache going in this place, you are guaranteed to have one comming out. (Pharmacy). If you call to talk to a "human", just forget it. It's not going to happen.

This place is a disservice to ALL who enter. The Pharmacy is a joke. I got there around 8 am and got my ticket slip and waited for 45 minutes and still wasn't seen. I went to the window and there was literally only 2 people working. The pharmacy. 2 people!! There was at least 25 people waiting to be seen. I'm not sure who has that kind of time, but my family certainly doesn't. I wouldn't recommend even getting your shots there. Not only do we have to make an appointment, I've not had to do this at the last 3 bases I've lived on, but now we have to go back again because they were out of TDAP on a Tuesday. Thanks for nothing. This place will kill your will to live. DO BETTER. OUR VETS, ENLISTED AND SPOUSES DESERVE BETTER.

I’ve always been able to get an appointment within the next week, not having to wait for extended periods of time to be seen. Every doctor I have seen over the past 5 years has been amazing and attentive to my concerns. I’ve gotten referrals and medications prescribed quickly when needed.

The pharamacy is very unprofessional and unorganized. Kiosk is a joke. They call the #, check your id again, then tell you to wait. Oh, then get told you don't have authorization for a med you've gotten for months there. The wait was 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be told it would take longer. I left. I'll see what happens at 8 am. After lunch is impossible bellies are full slow processing.

Dr. Bermudo is awesome. He listened patiently and answered all my questions. He got me off an old medication and on a new one that made a huge difference in my quality of life. He is also fantastic with my toddler!

Usually, the front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I had one negative experience (being ignored while they chatted) but it wasn’t the normal staff, I think she was just filling in at that time. I’m very happy with this clinic!
