I have been with Dr. Wessner for over a decade. My youngest brother referred him to my oldest brother, who’s deceased and myself. My oldest brother thought the world of Dr. Wessner. Dr. Wessner is humorous but a thorough physician. I always feel confident about my health after my visits with Dr. Wessner. The family has been very pleased with his care.

On my initial scheduled appointment, doctor Parker called in that morning, to say she wasn't going in. So I got rescheduled for a week later at 8am. I was there promptly at 7:50. I was checked in by the staff, who were super friendly and professional. At 9am, my doctor still had not even walked into the building, and I was informed that she is habitually late. I had to be some place else, so I had to leave. Wasted my entire morning, by a "doctor" who doesn't seem to care enough for her patients to ve on time.

I am a first time patient of Dr. Crockett. I was impressed with the amount of time He spent with
me after the long wait. He was very thorough in
getting to know my history. However, I’m beginning
to wonder if I made the right decision when it comes to contacting him at his office. I have tried
3 times since 3/7/24, left 3 messages, still no call.
The voicemail said Dr Crockett was out of the office until Tues 3/12/24. I called again today(3/12/24) and the same voicemail played
Again. No one has answered me in person!

Dr Wessner has been my Doctor for over 11 years and he and his nurse are awesome. The wait time is really short they are very efficient with calls and prescriptions call ins and the still take time to listen and get referrals or specialists appointments pretty quick.. I will not change Doctor's for nothing..

I have noticed how very hard working this Medical facility's staff is. They are very efficient and work very well as a team. They treat patients with patience and respect. I really appreciate their work ethic. The wait times I've experienced have been by far less than other facilities I've gone to. I hope they realize the positive impact they have on myself and others who are blessed to be a patient there.

If I could give a zero I would
Dr ,Crockett and his nurse are rude and negligent. I called during business hours bc I need inhalers and a nebulizer
She ignored my call so I called the answering svc. Dr Crockett said call tomorrow during business. What's the point when the nurse isn't going to return my call. They are a joke and not a funny one

The waiting times are awful. Every-time I go there we wait 2 hours or more. Everybody else in the awful lifeless waiting room seem to have the same feelings. No working tv, no magazines, no nothing but 3 pictures on the wall. Staff seems friendly enough but they don’t have a clue when the doctors are gonna be or how long the doctors will be

I have not actually been seen at this clinic yet because I went and waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment time and then left because I could not wait any longer to be seen. I rescheduled and will update my review once I am actually seen. At this point I would just say that the wait time is too long. Don't go to this practice if you're not able to set aside several hours for your visit.
