I just got to Sigma last Monday and I loved the people and this place since the moment I arrived. The staff are incredible and awesome. I was nervous on the ride here but as soon as I walked thru the doors at the Center I felt like I was finally home! They've taken care of all of my needs and have let me know that my sobriety and mental health is just as important to them as it is to me. I've come to realize since being here that my sobriety and my mental health being stabilized are very important for me to establish a healthy foundation for my recovery overall. Thank you to all of the staff and to all of my peers for welcoming me and especially for the support y'all have freely given me.

I am a recovering addict.. there are 2other rehab facilities I have been too. This one is the best one.. I had left before thinking it was best for me but a couple months later I returned. Sigma is FAMILY, the staff here really cared, the boss Ken & Rehana do check ups on you they truly make sure your doing your sobriety for you not anyone else. The classes are from 8:30a-330p and the knowledge that is shared thru out the day is what's really helped me strive towards my sobriety. The center is very clean and maintained, the houses are very independent and made for you to progress towards independence. I'm very grateful and appreciated that the staff take the time from their busy life to help me grow & help me with the things that I need help with the most.. they have outings that help you understand how and why you relapse or want/need your addiction. I've managed to figure out who I am and why I do the things I do. All I know for sure is SIGMA has helped me work towards my recovery so much more than any other place I've been too..

Sigma Wellness Center has saved my life. After years of addiction this center took me in and provided everything I needed to get clean and sober in a 2 year period. They also provide support after graduating. I can't say enough good things abfor all you've done for my life and my wellness. out the staff and classes provided. The facilitators are top notch. I am a client currently at sigma wellness and I can say that this place has changed my life for the better, helped me with so many important areas of my life from the lil things like a ID card EBT DRs appointments vision and dental to the bigger things like addiction, and homelessness. I went from hating myself my life and everyone that tried to help me. too loving life, gaining relationships and fixing the bridges I broken with my family. Today I can wake up happy because of Sigma and the staff who became my family.

One of the few places in the valley today. That is stellar when it comes to intense outpatient treatment. The Men and Women of this wellness firm have an intentional goal in mind when it comes to their clients and the work that is done on their behalf on a daily basis. Truly something that only good ppl are capable of doing.

The people who work for them are really great but the owner Ken is all about the money ! Don't get to comfortable because he will throw you back out on the streets of PHX if your insurance quits paying
