I love One Medical. I used them when I lived in Portland and now that I live in Arizona, they're my go-to for quality healthcare. Unfortunately the one in Tucson doesn't see anyone under the age of 65, so I combined a trip to the Phoenix area with a doctor appointment and was able to get quick and kind care. I feel like I am on the right path with my health and look forward to virtual appointments in the future.

Yes, the appointment started on time and it went uphill from there. Dr. Reed was very professional and compassionate, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Lab onsite is appreciated. I also really like the app and tech behind one medical. Makes it super easy to communicate and schedule what needs to be done. Very different experience from most practices.

One Medical is great! I’m able to find appointments that are less than an hour away from when I schedule and I can even hop onto a call. Also, Dr. Menefee is the greatest! Utterly caring and professional and doesn’t look at me like some druggy when I’m asking for something to help me get my life back on track.

Though, you will run into some physicians who think they know more about you then you do and completely waste your money. But don’t be discouraged, you will find your menefee.

From start to finish, my experience with the One Medical Tempe, AZ office was amazing! As this was my first time to this office, it was great to receive an email to let me know where to park. The front office staff was professional and made me feel welcome. The waiting area is bright and cheery with lots of windows to let in natural light. My visit with Nicole Menefee was excellent. She was thorough in covering all aspects of my health concerns, and I never felt rushed to finish. The One Medical on site lab made it so convenient to have my labwork done in office and get my flu shot. The One Medical app. keeps me connected to my healthcare needs with reminders to stay on track with follow up appointments. After being with the same PCP for over 20 years, I was apprehensive about changing to a new Health Care provider. My experience with One Medical assured me that I had made the right decision.
