I highly recommend Honor health Group-south Tempe! They are all amazing starting from the front desk employees, Medical Assistant, lab technician, office manager, all providers entire staff are always with a smile. They go above and beyond for you to figure out any health problems. They reply quickly to my messages on my chart. They address any concerns I may have with my health. On my initial visit I received a thank you card in which made me grateful! Thank you for all that you do Honor Health South- Tempe team!

The staff were very courteous and professional. We were taken to the back after just a few minutes. Dr. Wong came into our room within minutes after the initial assessment was completed and was patient, concerning, provided excellent feedback with the plan of care and gave opportunities to ask any questions. Their clinic manager also introduced herself after the appointment was over to ask how it went and also gave a Thank You card for being a new patient. This office is a shining example of what exemplifies customer service.

This was my first visit and from the receptionists to the medical staff, everyone was very friendly and communicative. They were running behind schedule, but there was a sign behind the front desk communicating this and the receptionists also let all of the patients know.

My provider, Marybeth, was very attentive and took time to understand my history. She gave me very clear instructions and asked me to email her in 1-2 weeks with updates.

Following my visit, the office manager stopped in to ask for feedback. I felt I was a valued patient throughout my visit.

I had a medical appointment with Dr. Robert Milam. Unfortunately, his customer service was not the best. He asked me where I was from and if I have a job. He questioned why a young woman has so many problems? He left in less than 10 minutes without providing any instructions, and all I received was a nasal spray. He said they would contact me to schedule further appointments, but my back issue wasn’t even mentioned. I felt a discriminatory atmosphere, with an older man judging a Latina who is paying for professional care. My experience was very disappointing. The 2 starts will be for the great service I have received from the rest of the team.

Worst place I've ever been to. After all was said and done I was to get my blood drawn for labs. The assistant came back in and I asked to see the doctor again real quick and they told me she was at lunch and to make another appointment. I called bullshit and the assistant behaved like she had never heard a curse word, said I don't have to take this (the word bullshit) and stormed off. All this place is is a glorified urgent care with shitty hours and staff that believe the world owes them a favor. I never got my blood drawn because i will never go back, even if i were dying. I am calling HQ too to pass this message along and if I could give ZERO stars I would.

This was my 1st visit to Honor Health after searching for a PCP elsewhere for so long and having really bad experiences. Jen and Maribeth O were amazing! They listened to my concerns and explained everything very well. I am extremely happy with my visit.

The MA and lab assistant were also very friendly, efficient and professional. I am very happy with my choice of this location and medical team.
