I have been seeing Dr. Muhammad for a few weeks, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received. From the very beginning, I felt truly supported, validated, and heard. Dr. Muhammad creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel comfortable discussing my mental health challenges. I’ve been under Dr. Muhammad’s care for almost a month now. She was recommended to me by one of her colleagues. She’s very thorough, caring, after your appointment you’ll receive an email overview and any instructions she may have discuss wish you. So I’ll have no excuse saying I forgot/don’t remember that…
I feel very comfortable with Dr. Muhammad knowing that she really cares about my health

Dr Muhammad is always concerned for the whole person. She checks in with how my family is doing and then focuses on me. She is very detailed when it comes to medication and is careful not to “just prescribe” medication. Dr Muhammad looks for solutions not band-aids. I love the time and sacrifices she makes to put in meticulous and careful time with every appointment have with her.

Do not waste your time with this neglectful, judgmental, incompetent nurse practitioner. She has her son working for her; taking blood draws and I’m assuming other things that are out of his scope of practice, with an expired CNA license. I happily reported them to the nursing board. She is well aware of his expired license because she refused to give his license number when I had somebody call on my behalf. I have never experienced such poor care from a “healthcare professional”. I trusted her. Please find somebody else.

My first two visits with Dr. Muhammad went well. During my 3rd visit which was virtual, she was unpleasant. She was attitudinal and snappy with me. I did not appreciate that coming from a medical professional.
I decided to return and give her another chance. Nothing changed. I have officially changed doctors. Dr. Jennifer Muhammad is unresponsive and does not listen to patients. I also had similar experiences as a few other women who made reviews. Disappointed.

I had to cancel an appointment for my son due to unforeseen circumstances and kept getting auto responses that the office was closed. It says they are open and when I called ON A TUESDAY, they answered and said they were closed and she laughed at me. What kind of mental health facility laughs at potential patients and their families? And then she made fun of me when I iterated that I thought it was unusual they were still closed on a Tuesday when it says they are open and they are answering the phone. If this is how they treat people I will not be coming here again. Who knows what mental state a person is in when they call in. The last thing they need is to be laughed at and made fun of.
